Solid for the price
I ordered this so that I'll have one I can keep in a pouch on my wheelchair and not have to worry about finding tools to do maintenance or tighten a bolt when I'm out and about; the compact size fits well in the EDC pouch I've attached to one side of the leg-rest frame and doesn't limit the ability to shift my legs slightly during a long day. This multitool has everything I need to adjust and maintain my chair except for the large 1-1/8" wrench needed to adjust the axle receivers under the frame, which really shouldn't be adjusted often anyway as they only control where the center of gravity is; I can adjust the seat back height and angle, the back posts height, the arm receivers, the brake positioning (which adjusts their tightness), the foot plate, completely tear down and rebuild the seat and back, and this even includes a spoke wrench which lets me true the wheels if I manage to get a wobble or hop in them from having to drop down a curb. Quality-wise, it's not the world's greatest, and I still prefer my older brand-name multitool for the hex keys, but this is much more convenient for an all-in-one tool as it's got the sockets to adjust my front casters and the spoke wrench, and it's inexpensive enough to replace that I don't mind risking it getting lost while traveling.

A very useful multitool made for bike repair, but handy for lots of other stuff
I was surprised how well-made and well-designed this tool is! I got it more for a home tool than as a bike tool, and yes, there are 16 tools. The set of Allen keys has 6 sizes from 2 mm to 6 mm; they are what I wanted most. They swing out of the tool body easily and stay in place as you turn them. The 3 sockets, 8, 9, & 10 mm fit easily onto and release from the socket extension rod. I have another metric socket set, but these 3 are common so might be easier to get out than open my full set. To expand the size range there is a swing out, open, flat wrench (8, 10, & 15 mm). The end of the wrench includes the spoke tool for bikes. The tool also includes both a Phillips and slotted screwdriver. Sizes of tool types are diagrammed on one side of the tool body, but most are also engraved on the tool. Just to be sure you realize it, the tools are METRIC. To see how they look like unfolded/folded in the small unit, click on the images on the product page; they are accurate representations. The tool is a bit heavy, weighing 7.9 ounces, but it is small enough to fit in a pants pocket or small toolkit for travel or storage. I did notice one error on the Product information technical details which says that a plier is included, but not that I could find. The overall product dimensions of the folded tool as described are actually slightly smaller than listed. While not a unique multitool, it certainly seems well-made! Pros: lots of functions, well designed, heavy duty, metric (which some may not like), rust protected Cons: as with many multitools, some items may feel tight to pull out until used a few times. Getting some of them put back in the right position may take a bit of practice. Both of these are really minor issues.

Handy bike tool - get one for your bike toolkit!
By their nature, a bicycle doesn't have a huge amount of room to lug around a full-sized set of tools. But also by their nature, a bicycle will break when you're a long way from home (or at least mine does!). So it's handy to have a compact, lightweight set of tools to get you and your bike back home. This tool does a good job of that. Each tool that I've tried so far fits the indicated size. It includes hex keys/Allen wrenches, sockets, a variety of screwdrivers, and open-end wrenches. The handle is comfortable to hold when using the tool. And it folds up to a compact, packable size to stick in your bike bag. Obviously, this isn't going to be my first choice when I'm at home with access to a toolbox of full-size tools. But the next time my bike breaks down on the road - and Murphy's law says it's not a matter of if, but of when - I'll be glad to have this with me.

Too fat /long
Would be an amazing product all around if it wasn't too fat to reach into the tight spaces I needed to and that Allen keys weren't too long... Solid 3.2 outta five..

Great all-in-one tool, not only for bikes
This tool is really great, I keep it in the house so that I don't have to go to the garage to get the tool box for smaller repairs. It has really everything you need, from screwdrivers to allen wrenches. I even managed to change a piece of my water outlet in the kitchen with it and it worked great. The handle could be better, it's basically two pieces of plastic on each side of it, and the material the wrench is made of looks as if a really tough job could perhaps bend it. But for now it works fine, and I have it also with me when I go for bicycle tours in the mountains. It is good enough to change a wheel, and to solve small and medium-sized problems with the gear shift or the chain and the cogs.

Many useful tools; sizes marked well
All multitools handle hex wrenches well. These tools distinguish themselves by their handling of the socket wrench heads. This tool incorporates a plastic holder for 3 socket heads. When you fold the wrenches into place, those heads tuck into a safe spot where they will not fall out. While using the tool, you will want to make sure you do not drop those heads, though. The shaft/handle for the socket wrenches does not fit the sockets tightly, so it is also possible to drop a head while using it. While experimenting with this tool, my hands picked up machine oil which the manufacturer understandably used to lubricate the tool and to prevent corrosion. My hands also picked up microscopic metal glitter. I do not know whether the finish is falling off the tools or if they just have metallic dust from the manufacturing process. Do I recommend this tool? Yes, for the price. Do I suspect someone makes a better one? Yes, I do.
