Decent item, but contents weren't as described. Extra bands instead of wrist guard.

Its well built
It took some getting use to, but once you get the hang of it its on. Its surprisingly well built and sturdy. You have to lay the string to where it doesn't hit anything on the way out like the bands. Aim alittle low when shooting fish and you will love it.
