I shopped around online for a threaded flat back piece to use as a nose stud after the one I had worn for over a year was ripped out in the shower with my wash cloth and went down the drain. My old jewelry piece had a habit of coming out easily and I was over it. I have a hard time finding pieces because I have a slim nostril and need a 5 or 6 mm bar length. I finally settled on this one due to the bar length, size of CZ (I wanted a small top), and the price. I was surprised to find it came with a guide bar also, so I didn't have to purchase a separate one. I had a little trouble getting the guide bar in my healed piercing location. The end with the threads that I assumed was to help guide the bar into my nose was too big. I ordered a 16g/18g but obviously needed an 18g/20g. I was able to turn the guide bar around and use the pointy end to guide the bar through very easily (shocked me, actually). The top was easy to secure. I really like the way it looks - the bar size is perfect- and now I don't have to worry about my jewelry being ripped out by my wash cloth, towel, clothing, or pillow case.

Looks nice, comes with the tool to screw on the jewel. No reaction to the medal, I would buy again.

I love that these earrings came with a tool to help guide the post in through the ear, but the REAL issue is that there is no tool to assist in inserting and threading the head. These earring heads are SO SMALL and the insert SO SHORT that it is impossible to do so. After my 11th attempt trying to get just one of these things to insert, I dropped the earring head. It's so small that I never found it, even after days of looking and using a magnet to try and locate it. Unless you have some sort of trick to make this work, save your money.

these studs are so cute but they are veryyy small and dainty, i haven’t had any skin irritations with these yet. very durable and easy to use. definitely worth the money.

I bought this nose stud because I was tired of constantly losing my piercings due to my active lifestyle. Many people left negative reviews saying it is “too small” or “impossible to put on,” but honestly, those comments are exaggerated. Yes, it is very small that’s the whole point. It is designed to stay in place and not fall out. Putting it on does require patience and precision. I recommend sitting at a table with a mirror and good lighting, so if the tiny piece falls, you can easily find it again. Using tweezers to hold the inner pin also helps a lot. It is not something you can install in a hurry. But if you take your time and do it carefully, it works perfectly. Once it’s on, it feels secure, comfortable, and doesn’t move at all. I’ve tried other types of nose piercings before, including ones that snap together instead of screwing in, and those always ended up falling out. This one stays put, exactly what I needed. The package arrived in perfect condition and included everything necessary: the tiny pin and the tool to help adjust it. It’s like a miniature screw system, so of course it requires patience and a steady hand. If you don’t have the patience to sit down calmly and try a few times, this might not be for you. But if you do, it’s an excellent product. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a secure, long-lasting nose stud.

Bought to use for my nose as an option that wouldn’t just fall out. Love these, stayed in great once if screwed together properly; however, it was very hard to line up the screw part with the hole while putting it in your nose. I actually lost one because it came unscrewed and fell out at work and the gem was very tiny to try and find.

Not sure why people are complaining the jewel is small because that’s the best part! I use this for my tragus piercing and it’s perfect! It does take some time to screw the jewel in but once you get that figured out, it’s amazing! I also have my husband help me if needed from time to time because he can see it better than me in the mirror. I feel bad that those people trying to fit it on their fat nose brought down the over all rating so hopefully if you’re looking to get this you overlook those reviews.

Product came exactly as described, and also came with a taper, which made it much easier to insert the jewelry. That added touch really impressed me.

Sadly I bought the wrong size (my fault), but these are so cute that I'll definitely order the correct size next. Yes they are fiddly of course but that's because they are small bits of jewellery and that's the look I want, in the end it only took me a few minutes to get one in my nose piercing and one in my lip. I just need to downsize the length and they'll be so perfect 👌
