Tornado Effect is Really Cool to Watch - Slightly Noisy
The tornado effect on the lamp makes this one of the more fun desk toys I've seen. The tornado is caused by a little spinning thing at the bottom of the lamp, and it seems to make a decent amount of noise as it spins. The noise isn't crazy loud, but it's loud enough that I wouldn't want this on my desk next to me while I was working/gaming all day. However, it would work well as a living room, or kids playroom lamp. The LED's are nice, but I noticed that mine will 'reset', and loop the same couple colors over and over again, but will eventually play the whole color rotation after a while. Other than the slight hiccup with the LEDs, I really like the tornado effect, and it works well as a fun decoration in the house.

The media could not be loaded. Relaxing to the eye kinda loud tho! Make noise! Not bad while playing music tho!

Unique and colorful tornado lamp
The media could not be loaded. This is a really cool and unique lamp which has very coloful LED lights. There is a spindle with fins on it at the bottom of the clear liquid base which when powered on rotates creating a tornado effect in the liquid (see the included video). The clear liquid container is thick glass which contains a thin clear liquid which might just be water and tiny white solid beads in it. It is removable from the grey plastic lightweight base. The base is powered by either the included 32" usb power cord or 3 AA batteries (not included). There is a small plastic power switch at the bottom of the grey base. It takes about 30 seconds once powered on for the tornado effect to completely develop. I recommend this product to everyone else who wants a colorful unique LED lamp that has a tornado spinning around in it.
