Extremely Disappointed with Product and Amazon's Support
I purchased this product expecting good quality, but I am extremely disappointed. The audio-video synchronization is completely off, which ruins the entire experience. Despite trying all troubleshooting steps, the issue persists. The quality does not justify the price, and I deeply regret this purchase. Adding to the frustration, Amazon's return policy is very poor. They refuse to help unless the product is physically damaged. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply provided the manufacturer's contact number, which is never answered despite calling all day. When I conveyed this to Amazon support, they ridiculously suggested I search for a service center and visit it myself. This lack of responsibility and accountability for products sold under their platform is unacceptable. Why would customers buy online if they are left to deal with service issues on their own? This unethical way of doing business in India continues because of systemic gaps and corruption. I strongly advise against purchasing this product and urge Amazon to improve its support process. Moreover, the app does not allow me to add recorded videos or pictures. Every time I try to upload one, it crashes immediately. Please address this issue urgently.

Issue with accessories
Bought this around 1 month ago picture quality is good but focus on near object not good. They didn't provide any external mic which is 2.5mm so they should have to provide it. And we can't add external mic while using the frame for camera mount I am talking about waterproof case. As you see in images. For external mic you can order fitspark 2.5 mm mic its compatible with this camera.

It looks like the camera of a low-cost Android phones After recording the video for 5 minutes, it gets so hot that it feels like it will explode
