First off, I'm a bit embarrassed to say I found it on Tiktok and went for it...but I don't regret it! This "thing" isn't playing around. So this product worked great for me immediately. I put a little bit under the tongue and immediately I felt more energy... The only thing that I noticed that I had to be careful with was that after taking it for a couple days it increased my appetite and also lowered my blood sugar.. The part about lowering my blood sugar was not a bad thing it's just that I have to be careful so now I take it like every other day.. quite frankly I like the taste and like I said it had immediate effect with me and I purchased it several times. If anything I have to be careful with the dose because I'll have too much energy... If that's possible...

So this is the first time I’ve tried Shilajit so I’m not sure what to expect. I’m only giving 4 stars as I’m only 4 days in. So to start packaging was great! I received extra sticks which was a plus! It was a little hard to open (at first) but that’s because of the resin. Once opened I got an earthy smell which is to be expected. Most will not like but luckily dealing with gross things daily it didn’t bother me. My first dose was taken at night as I couldn’t wait until the morning. I simply scooped a little out and dissolved under my tongue. The taste wasn’t great but again it’s to be expected. After about 30 minutes an entire body calm came over me. Slept about 6-7 hours and it was the best sleep of my life. The second dose I took upon wakening by dissolving in my coffee (much better way) and I may have taken too much (600mg) as I felt fatigued for most of the day. My 3rd dose which was the very next day was the 300mg dose and I felt great. Not sure how to explain it but I’m calmly energized.. I’m not stressed I’m not running at the speed of light but I feel great. Not sure what to expect with this product but hopefully the seller can comment on whether this is normal or not. Overall I like it and I will be purchasing again!
