Really great. Good value for money and decent speed

I am the fussiest of customers when it comes to tech, but this laptop meets my high bar. It's a real joy to use and am especially pleased with the screen and sound. The S Pen is bundled in the box. The typing experience is firm and assured, complemented by backlighting. If there's any criticism, it gets very warm on the bottom, otherwise, this is a very good laptop, especially at the sale price under £690.

Absolutely love this laptop, it's great! Slimline, great quality, lightweight fast and does everything I need it to do. Debated buying a MacBook for a long time but am very pleased with this and how easy it is to use.

Really happy with my purchase, despite being large the laptop is very light weight so very easily transportable. Great if you need to carry around all day for work, the large screen allows you to easily have two documents against each other without it being cropped. Nice keyboard and screen is clear. Battery life is very good and charger being USBC is game changer as no heavy charger to carry around. Really like the rotating hinge feature to make it into tablet. Highly recommend!

I purchased this for £679 during Black Friday. I'd spent some time looking at what else was available at that price and this seemed to be head and shoulders above the others due to the latest (13th) generation Intel processor onboard. I've had it two days and have just run a benchmark test which I have illustrated. It did well, only let down by the 8GB of RAM onboard. It is fast to start up, really fast, and with the fingerprint log-in you save time typing in a password which means from pressing the power button you are in to your desktop in seconds. The screen is sharp and clear. The battery lasts for hours even under strain. Amazon will suggest the S-Pen isn't included but I can tell you it is in the box. I bought this laptop as I wanted something I could charge quickly via a USB-C port. This fits the bill. I can dock this laptop with a single USB-C connector from my hub and I have keyboard, mouse, two monitors, external speakers and charging all instantly. The onboard storage of 256 GB is a bit stingy but it has a micro-SD port so I've put a 256 GB card in that slot as a permanent fixture for my music, videos and photographs leaving the SSD for apps. Happy to recommend so far.

Obviously very early days (well one actually), but it's still working so I'm happy. Seriously though, it seems very good, actually the screen is excellent which is the main thing for me! One point to note that when you try and register it on the Samsung website the serial number on the box doesn't work? However if you go into the settings menu you'll discover a 'W' on the end (I guess for Windows?) and this will be accepted. Also I had trouble on the first charge before first switching it on, as is advised in the manual, as seemed to be 'trickle' charging rather than full PD (power delivery) and was getting nowhere after 3 hours - So I booted it up and signed into my Microsoft account then shut it down and the charger then started to do it's thing properly (ie getting very warm!) and it was charged in an hour or so? On the whole it's a very, very nice Windows 11 laptop with a touch screen!

The Samsung laptop is an awesome bit of kit and perfect for my requirements. The one stare review is for the misrepresentation by Amazon of the delivery times. If you are ok waiting for months then here is the place. If not I ordered from Currys and got it within 4 days.
