This is an awesome treatment for damage hair and to maintain healthy hair. A dye containing bleach damaged my hair cuticles and Hi Pro Pac intense protein treatment restored my hair cuticles. It hydrates and moisturizes your hair. My hair is soft and healthy again. I am giving up my high priced conditioner that I have been using for years and I will be using this product instead. I have long, thick, curly hair that loves to be unruly so I use diffused heat to dry it into submission. I also color it and regular conditioner is not usually enough. This is the best conditioning treatment that I have ever used, and I have tried a plethora. I started out with the very annoying packets since that's all the store had so I'm glad to have found these 8 oz bottles here on Amazon! It has definitely improved the texture, shine and over all health and appearance of my hair and I will continue to use it for as long as they make it.

Buy it! Has been so good for me and my kids hair. We all have curly hair but I wear mine straight and one cold has thin and one child has thick coarse hair and is worked really well for all of us. My hair seems so much thicker and stronger right away. And shinier. It was looking dull and too flat against my head in pictures so I've been trying products out , even expensive ones, and what has worked best? Herbal essence shampoo and conditioner and this product. Go figure.

Don’t expect that silky soft feeling, this stuff is made for truly dried out hair. I have to dye my hair every three weeks and those products dry out my hair, especially root area. I decided to give this a try. First I tried it as an all over deep conditioner, but it didn’t seem to do that great. But I decided to do a focus area to see if it would help and it did. I had to use it twice a week and I focused on the root area. I massaged it in and left it to sit for 10 to 15 mins before rinsing. It worked. The roots are no longer dry and frizzy. I’d recommend this product if you have extremely dry hair.
