Fantastic. I tried a screen but this is way better. Honestly better than pizzaria pizza. Way better than stone. Very heavy. If you can't lift a cookie sheet with 20 pounds of heavy dishes on it into the oven, you might have trouble with it.

I received it the other day. I use it for open baking sourdough loaves. Works great.

Love love love this. Probably want to get another to have the bigger size. Can make 4 loaves at once on this one (850g) but it's tight
