Recieved in a slightly damaged package but product was not damaged. Have to assemble handle, pedals and mudguard, takes a couple of hours. Note: Was not sure if I would get the Shimano acera shifters and zoom masera suspension but I recieved them. Reader make sure for these 2 when you buy it. Cycle needs lubing and Gears need tuning before using. Pros : Gears work smooth and well, suspension is good, wide enough tyres give good grip, build quality is decent. Wheel isn't bent or wobbly. Good design and is sure to pull eyes without looking too flashy. Cons: Brakes are weak , replace brake pads in a week or two after purchase. Front mudguard is very flimsy and hits wheel or frame in bumps, rear mudguard is bent slightly. If you mind this purchase mudguards beforehand. Seat is a bit hard for my taste so I recommend replacing that as well. It's been 1 month and almost 200km since purchase, no issues have cropped up. Purchase is well worth it

Everything is fine. Very good product. No issues no gear problems no break problem no chain problem. Easy to use. Light weight & if you find under 20K MTB you definitely buy this MTB.

It was total worth it .I would say everyone who wants a bicycle under 20k nothing beats this beast.

Everything is awesome but…. The seat is a real pain the a##. And the delivery, received with full of dust and two scratches. Before washing the cycle, I thought it was a used one. Update after using : Before buying a cycle I was just browsing through many and had many questions like why do I need a weightless alloy cycle ? Why do I need advanced gear shifting, and even why do I need gears if Iam just looking for a cycle to ride through nearby roads as part of workout. All these aspects turned upside down after having relationship with this XC900. The answer is FUN…. Fun means a step more than just comfort. Without gears now I cant even imagine how to go out for cycling. Without this lightweight alloy body, I cant even imagine how to pedal through those hell like hills. This thing is so light that if you just hold the cycle’s handle with your right hand and walk through the roads, it feels like an empty plastic cover you are holding. Offroading was not even in any of my plans but when I tried once, wow…. it was so amazing. Came to know places where we can go with this cycle where cars or bikes can’t do. Everything is great. Just got an issue with the pedal. It started to make some noise. The customer care of Cradiac asked me to upload a video of the issue and have agreed to send a new pedal within a week. Pedal update : Received new pedal and now it is fine Acera update : Simply put Acera is your slave. You command and it obeys EVERY SINGLE TIME Seat update : I’m now using a gel kind of seat cover which improved the smoothness further more. Cradiac update : Extreme quality. So proud to have an Indian company providing such quality products. I wish all the best for their growth. Pedal update 2 : You have to change the pedals. I’ve bought a 1000 rs pedal from amazon and I’m loving it

Mudguard clamps missing.. Great cycle, worth the money. 5 star cycle but have to give 4 star due to missing parts.

Packaging was Good 👍 Preload adjuster of suspension is very delicate. You just have to count the number of days it works (video attached). Mine was completely defective. Both the Mud Guards, box containing bell, bottle holder, lights and cable lock are missing..!! Front Derailleur is Aggressively hard and dislocated. Also found some scratches near front Derailleur (picture attached). I really don't know why some of the customers are appraising Cradiac customer service. If you send a email to them, they will take atleast 3-4 days to reply. Even the respond rate of phone call is very less. They won't pick your call on Sunday, when most of the working customers desire to get their queries answered. The day I got connected to them on call, they were mainly concerned on asking for giving good reviews for customer service support. For the setting of my Front Derailleur, they took my whole day. My appointment was at 2 PM and they made me waited till 4:45 pm. I tried calling them for around 25 times in between but no one responded till 4:45 pm. I could have uploaded derailleur videos too but since only one video is allowed in a review. My Suggestion to all the new customers is first check with the customer service that what all accessories they will provide you, and also get assured that you will get a non scratchy product with good suspensions. Thanks to Amazon that they themselves suggested me to return this cycle. This one star ⭐ is only for Good Service from Amazon. Cradiac Customer Service is only for those who have lots of patience i.e. they can wait for 3-4 days to get their queries answered. Good Luck.
