Out of the 3 scales I bought (Fuzion, Weightman, & Maxus), this Fuzion is the only one I'm keeping!
(TL;DR at bottom) My Use Case: I need an accurate milligram scale so that I can portion out much smaller doses of supplements I have. One of my supplements comes in a per-capsule dose of 350mg. I need to take no more than 50mg to start, because I know I am extremely sensitive to chemical changes. This means I need to accurately portion one capsule into 7 equal doses of 50mg each -- something that I can only do with a milligram scale. And since each dose is 50mg, the scale must be sensitive enough to pick up on changes of at least 5mg, and have a stated accuracy of ±5mg or lower. The scale must also be consistent: I can't have a scale that weighs the exact same material at a wildly different weight every time I weigh it -- that doesn't inspire confidence that I'd be getting the correct dose. A note on "white-label / private-label rebranding" & Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM): I bought 3 scales from Amazon: The Fuzion KD-50, the Weightman DT-50-001-BK, and the Maxus MG-DT-50-001-BK. Those model names sound identical for a good reason: they're basically the same exact scale. One just has black buttons while the other has silver. The packaging is identical, with only the brand name changed. The accessories are identical. Even the way it's packaged and presented, and the manuals, are identical. And, of course, the way the scales function (and drift) are identical. They are the same scale. Weightman and Maxus are not different brands -- at least, if they are, they both source their products from the same exact manufacturer anyway. This is a very common happenstance on Amazon, ICYWA, and it's referred to as "white-label / private-label rebranding" & "Original Equipment Manufacturing" (OEM). Regardless, I am returning both the Maxus and the Weightman scales anyway, as the Fuzion out-performed them when it came to consistency (the Fuzion also did not drift at all, during any test, compared to these two which drifted a range of ~5-10mg during each test). Scale Testing Methodology: To test the three scales, I sat on the tiled bathroom floor, door closed, fan off. I kept my phone 3ft. away from the scales and on the floor, with my body between my phone and the scales. I was careful not to rock, bump, vibrate, jostle, or otherwise disturb or move the scales when I was testing them. I did try to warm up the scales first. They did sit in the same spot for ~20 minutes prior to my beginning my tests, but the identical 2 scales do not have a way to turn off the auto-off function, so I kept having to turn them back on every time they turned off after 1-3 minutes. The Fuzion does let you turn off its auto-off feature, so it did get to warm up and stabilize properly for ≥30 minutes prior to my testing it. For the water tests, I filled a small bowl with lukewarm tap water. I drew up exactly .5ml (0.5cc / 50 units) into a sterile insulin syringe, clearing out the air bubbles. I used the same metal weigh boat that came with the Fuzion for each water test, tared out the empty boat, then emptied the .5ml from the syringe into the boat, and took the reading within 3-5 seconds. I then vigorously shook the water out after each test/reading. I drew another full .5ml into the syringe for each test, so that evaporation was not a factor. Since the amount of water I used is exactly .5ml, the scale should read "0.500g" each and every time. For the weight tests, I first weighed each "20g calibration weight" (it says 20g but it's a very generic weight that is certainly not exactly 20g) that comes with each scale. Each scale comes with (2) 20g weights, so for each scale, I tested 6 weights. Then, I decided to try grabbing one random 20g calibration weight and weighing it on each scale 3 times. I did this test with 2 different weights (so random weight #1 was weighed on each scale 3x, and random weight #2 was was weighed on each scale 3x also). The following is the data from my tests of each scale: Weightman: (Conclusion: both Maxus/Weightman suffer from weight drift on each readout. Weightman is rarely consistent, most times it is inconsistent.) Water test Test #1: 0.496g #2: 0.500g!!! #3: 0.500g!!! Testing different 20g weights from each set of 2 Set 1, weight #1: 20.027g Set 1, #2: 20.022g Set 2, #1: 20.025g Set 2, #2: 20.026g Set 3, #1: 20.026g Set 3, #2: 20.030g Same random weight, 3x (same weight used for each scale) #1: 20.024g #2: 20.026g #3: 20.029g Another random weight, 3x (same for each scale) #1: 20.027g #2: 20.030g #3: 20.025g Maxus: (Conclusion: both Maxus/Weightman suffer from weight drift on each readout. Maxus is sometimes fairly consistent, other times inconsistent.) Water Test #1: 0.500g!!! #2: 0.500g!!! #3: 0.507g 20g weights Set 1, weight #1: 20.033g Set 1, #2: 20.026g Set 2, #1: 20.028g Set 2, #2: 20.029g Set 3, #1: 20.033g Set 3, #2: 20.036g Same weight, 3x #1: 20.028g #2: 20.029g #3: 20.026g Another weight, 3x #1: 20.030g #2: 20.030g #3: 20.033g Fuzion: (Conclusion: Fuzion has no drift -- quick, crisp readout every time. Consistent most of the time. While the Fuzion seems to go heavy (see water test, for which Fuzion was consistently 3mg heavy), mentally removing 3mg is not a problem at all. Consistency is far more important, and the Fuzion is indeed consistent. I will be keeping the Fuzion, and out of these 3 scales, I fully recommend the Fuzion KD-50 scale.) Water Test #1: 0.503g #2: 0.503g #3: 0.503g (most consistent!) 20g weights Set 1, weight #1: 20.018g Set 1, #2: 20.007g Set 2, #1: 20.014g Set 2, #2: 20.014g Set 3, #1: 20.013g Set 3, #2: 20.020g Same weight, 3x #1: 20.013g #2: 20.011g #3: 20.011g Another weight, 3x #1: 20.012g #2: 20.009g #3: 20.011g TL;DR: Fuzion KD-50 was the only consistent scale that did not drift at all; the Weightman DT-50-001-BK and the Maxus MG-DT-50-001-BK were both inconsistent and drifted quite a lot during each reading; the manuals for both (since the units are, for all intents and purposes, identical) instruct the user to "take the reading within 3-12 seconds," but even then there is so much drifting that I find it difficult to decide which number is the "true reading." Since the Fuzion did not suffer from drift, and since it was extraordinarily consistent compared to the other two scales, I decided I would keep it. Thus, out of these three scales, I highly suggest the Fuzion KD-50 over the Weightman or the Maxus. Regardless of what you decide, I encourage you to test your scales using the water method to ensure accuracy and consistency. Just in case it needs to be said: you're not going to get a super-accurate milligram scale for less than $100 -- probably not even less than $300. Those are laboratory-grade scales which *absolutely MUST* be precise, so they command the money to match. Even buying a set of certified perfectly-accurate calibration weights will cost hundreds of dollars (though you can buy a single 50g weight for $25-$50). So FOR THE PRICE, the Fuzion is outstanding, 5 stars. However, if you're expecting perfect accuracy AND perfect consistency (and even perfect calibration weights), all for ≤$20, you're delusional. You must pick the one that's most important, and to me, that's consistency -- because as long as the scale consistently gives the same readout for the same material, then even if it's over by 23g, I know it's ALWAYS over by exactly 23g, and I can easily account for that. So you'll have to decide what you need in a scale. If you don't need a $300 milligram lab scale and you care about consistency over everything, you should try the Fuzion KD-50 before any other options on Amazon. (But again: if you do buy it, you should still do tests anyway to ensure your specific scale is consistent!) Ok this is long enough, I hope it helped.

Works great for my needs
Nothing fancy, but accurate enough for me to measure small amounts of water and powders to make preservative additive for my bar syrups and shrubs. Well worth the pittance I paid for it, especially considering all the included tools.

Decent.
It is extremely basic and of low quality materials. For the price I do not consider this a negative specially as a first time user of such equipment for personal use. But I would definitely not recommend this for anything more than personal use of measurement. It does have good value. It is very small and convenient. The provided tools gets most things done easily. I had to measure out my medication in the mg so this was useful but using this for anything more this would be such a hassle.

Great Customer Service and Product
This scale works exactly as advertised. It's extremely accurate, giving consistent readings every time I use it, and it's surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to move around and store. The display is clear, setup was simple, and overall it feels well-made. If you're looking for a reliable and portable scale, this one is a great choice. I had an issue with my initial order, but the company handled it quickly and professionally. They fixed the mistake right away and followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find customer service this attentive. Highly recommend!

Not worth the time or money. Choose another brand.
This product is awful. It runs up weight constantly, and will max itself out with nothing on it. It is supposed to be Mg scale (0.001g) but it goes up about 5mg every 2 seconds, and will literally max it self at 50grams. with nothing on it. So nothing is accurate. all around poor scale

Great scale
Great little scale for micro size dosing. We use it for just the right size “dose”. Haha. Vitamins in bulk can be easily measured for additions to drinks or whatever else you wanna put them in.

Precision milligram scale
This milligram scale is an essential tool for any highly accurate measurement. The 0.001g precision up to 50 grams is reliable, and the instant readings are stable. Its functionality is excellent, with a useful tare feature and 6 weighing modes. Considering its high precision and comprehensive accessories, it offers excellent value for money. The included 2x20g calibration weights are a major plus for easily maintaining accuracy over time. The scale is compact, portable, and feels durable, featuring a stainless steel platform and a protective cover. The accessories (scoop, pan, tweezers) are practical and useful additions. The 10-year warranty demonstrates great confidence in the product's quality.

The product (KD-50) was defective ootb but profeeded to become more useless, alluding to the poor build quality. Initially it would only show X.XX g but after a minute or two, it only showed half of the last X. I proceeded to try to open the device since this is a classic cross device issue that can normally be remedied with a little realignment of the screen, but I quickly found out that the product is impossible to open without deforming it due to poor design choices. Though I was eventually able to get that second X to reappear, the last X never showed and now I'm left with a mangled, half working product. Regarding accuracy, using calibration weights, the product appears to be accurate to within at least +/- 10 mg (at least since my device wouldn't show the last number) and was able to clock 10mg changes with a minimum reading of 0.01g. So not completely useless in its current state though if you need 1mg accuracy I couldn't comment on that. If you should find yourself needing to open the thing, first take out the 2 screws in the back. Another 4 screws are topside, hidden under the silver 'tape' surrounding the scale itself, but this is made of a material similar to the tin seal in powdered milk cans. This will become permanently deformed is you try to lift it off so my suggestion is to use a 1.0-1.5mm nail or drillbit to locate the mounting holes on the four corners of the tape and punch through for access to the screws. That leaves 3 clips to the front of the device (both front corners and front center) and the housing should separate easily. 2 stars only because it's very accurate within 10mg increments.

Funciona bien y parece profesional pero observando a detalle los materiales no son los mejores. Contiene un peso para calibrar pero dudo que ese peso sea preciso. Funciona bien, es práctica pero no es para aplicaciones de alta precisión.

Works well, the little scale's accuracy is enough for home use.
