Great for recovery, my husband loves it. It’s pricey but if you are an active adult it’s a great investment for your body. Super user friendly and does what it’s meant to!

Works great for the hips and glutes. Didn't realize how strong this was.

I already have the boots – I liked them and recommend using them – they met my expectations

Good news: this attachment can squeeze super strongly - stronger than the leg attachement (and this can be adjusted down of course). Bad news (for me): I just didn't get the same relief as my legs. Could be me.

If you are having hip pain this will work the issue out .

Would recommend, have hip issues and ever since I have been using this I feel an improvement. Comfortable while using and don’t have to deal with ice packs and make a mess. Would recommend
