It’s so good for period cramps. It has bo bad after taste and it’s easy to swallow since it’s not a huge capsule. I’m content with the quality and will buy again. More importantly, i like how transparent this brand is about ingredient.

These are incredibly effective for hot flashes - I had been so uncomfortable for days (perimenopause), took one and then hours later was fine. I didn't wake up covered in sweat and no more chills either. Thank goodness!!!

I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, which greatly effects my skin. I’m fair with yellow and pink undertones (the pink may just be the MCAS, come to think of it). Our family doctor recommended this initially for one of my kids who has PMDD and incredibly painful periods, but she decided to stop taking it after a few months (simply because she hates having to take anything). I had about 3 bottles of it (I forgot cancel it on Subscribe & Save), and decided to look into the benefits of EPO. I’m post-menopausal (ovarian failure after a hysterectomy), so I was skeptical. But after about 2 months on doctor-recommended 2,000 mg, I see several benefits. - My eczema is so much better! - Minor acne that snuck past retinoids ceased. - My skin’s moisture retention is decidedly improved. - My MCAS-triggered overheating (hot flash-like responses) have minimized. - Neuropathy issues are reducing. - And it seems to be helping to reduce inflammation brought on by MCAS as well. To be clear, I started with 500 mg for about a month, then moved up to 1,000 mg the following month. After seeing minor improvement, I asked my doctor what she’d recommend as I was seeing some positive changes in the above-listed areas. And knowing that I’m hyper-sensitive to numerous supplements and pharmaceuticals, she recommended I try 2,000 mg and see where that lands me. It’s been about a month at 2,000 mg, and I’m so hopeful my body continues to tolerate it well. As far as I can tell, I’ve had zero side effects and enjoyed several apparent benefits.
