I have gotten this laptop back in late 2023 for school, and so far I had no issues - great graphics and average battery life. Despite the storage limitations, it works perfectly well with the use of Microsoft's 360 cloud subscription, which I also gotten for one year for free. Value for what you pay for.

Love this laptop very practical

I like the look and feel of it but not much beyond that. It’s set up to use Microsoft stuff but you’ll have to pay after first year so I’m choosing to use my google docs, sheets, etc instead and it’s making it very difficult Can’t load some simple open source programs Keeps timing out/looking like it’s not connecting to websites when my husband is right next to me working fine so it’s not our internet Lots of pop ups for things I will never use. Basically a lot more trouble and I would rather use my 12 year old laptop I should have returned it but now I’ve spent too much time trying to like it Trying to Christmas shop on any site. It just keeps saying page not responding. No matter what I do the time and date will not stay correct. Ugh. Getting worse Update jan 12- the other day it said i had another week to return it. Now when i decided it SUCKS it says too late. It wont turn on at all. Had to shut it down after constant “page not responding”. Just google! 1 window open. Nothing added Terrible!!!!

I was disappointed when I first booted this up as it was extremely slow. However Im updating this review because after making sure all the necessary updates were made she runs great.

Great laptop! Good for schoolwork but it said it comes with a year of Microsoft but I’m having trouble activating it. Is there An access code that I’m supposed to get?

My last one lasted nearly five years, then a broken pipe ended it’s life. This one is OK. The screen color IMO is washed out. I use it mainly to paint pet portraits and the real color of the pet is far from what this laptops color is. But it was fairly cheap as that is the only thing I use it for and to store photos. So it will do.

You get what you pay for. Pros are it is easy to set up and very light weight - but it is not like looking at a nice monitor or full size computer screen. At first I thought my contacts were off, maybe bad vision, but once I went back to my IPad and my regular PC - I was shown clearly - it was the screen of the laptop. The quality is not there for what is marketed. It all depends on your expectations. I’m taking the time to write this as I just wasted money. I will by a higher end product as my eyes won’t take the poor quality screen visual. Too unclear and borderline something made for children

O computador é bom de fácil manuseio, mas veio com a fonte de alimentação com defeito então tive que adquirir uma outra.
