Great Price and Still Like New After a Year
Great Price and Still Like New After a YearI bought this gaming office chair about a year ago, and it’s held up really well. For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s comfortable, sturdy, and looks almost brand new even after daily use.Assembly was straightforward, and the adjustable features let me find the perfect setup for long gaming or work sessions. Definitely a great value if you want a solid chair without breaking the bank.Highly recommend!

Comfortable, Attractive, and Useful Chair
I work from home so spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer. Wife commutes but likes to catch up on the news, create grocery orders, read her email at night; and the kids...well they seem to be living on the computer these days. I had a good, but old, black office chair with cracked arm rest padding. Wife and kids were sitting on chairs they purchased from Walmart. All were useful but none were comfortable for the amount of time we used them. So, I decided to purchase four (4) of these Downix gaming chairs. Wife and I got the Big & Tall gaming chairs (hers in white and mine in dark blue), Son got the fabric gaming chair (black with green lines), and Daughter got the cat ears gaming chair (black with pink highlights). We are all extremely happy with the purchase and especially happy about the vibrating lumbar support cushion. Kids use the footrest all the time, but wife and I do not as I don't think those things are meant for adult legs. We are not big people but (both under 6 feet tall and not overweight) but our legs still seem to be too long and weigh too much for that footrest. Nice idea though.First one took me 30 minutes to assemble as I was reading the instructions and looking for parts/tools. After that, each one took me about 15 minutes to assemble as they are all assembled the same.Very happy with purchase. A little pricey but they seem to be constructed very well, materials are very good quality, the cushions are comfortable; and come with great options and colors. Highly recommend for other families in similar situations to ours.

I must be too demanding, but still
TLDRThe chair is good, good looking, easy moving, high quality material for the seat, quite cheap armrests and instructions missing the whole part on how or when to add the armrests.Tilt back almost impossible on top 2 positions of the backrest, which is critical for me.Full version:I have been using several different gaming chairs for at least last 8 years and I have shaped my own standards. For the price this gaming chair is totally worth it, the quality is quite good for the most part, except for the armrests, which seem like were taken from 50$ chair, though they have several controls of height, depths and rotation. The instructions were surprising in some places, if comparing to many other types of chairs, and have not very clear images, but still detailed explanation to each part with logical sequence, however, the weirdest part that there is missing whole section about when and how to put armrests. I was doing everything step by step and at the very end when I was looking at features page, holding the chair with my both legs and blindly searching for correct holes for the screws. If I haven't returned cheaper version of a chair of the same company, I wouldn't pay so much attention, but still I have checked a about 90% of all the chairs on Amazon with tge goal of finding tilt back mechanism, I was paying a lot of attention to the rotation control at the bottom of the seat, and found this as one of the best price-features-good look comparison. It looks good, the price is ok, considering that it can hold quite heavy people (I am about 220 pounds and 5'11''), but even though the chair has possibility to tilt back and there is control for it (rotating part at bottom of the seat), it is still requires huge amount of force applied to the seat for slight tilt on top 2 positions on 90 and 110 degrees. On lower positions of the backrest (140, 165 degrees) it is much better, but it is not what I wanted. I actually hate this feature of backrest adjustment, like if I would change it once or twice for the lifetime.Considering the mentioned pros and cons I would recommend this chair only if you don't care or don't want easy back tilting (even on the lightest setting), and if you don't pay too much attention to armrests appearance and cheap plastic smell (other than that they are quite good). For the missing section of armrests assembly, I think the video can be found online, so shouldn't be much of an issue.I am very disappointed that I couldn't find a chair with all features I wanted, but I still don't really want to return this chair because it is quite good for other things, and because I already assembled it.I didn't contact support as there was no need.

Amazing but
My main reason for 4 stars in not being able to comfortably/safely sit criss cross. When I sit too far forward the chair leans down, and because of this I can't put my feet up, not even with the leg rest. Not sure if it has to do with how I put it together (even though I followed it to a T) or if that's how it is meant to be. It is very comfy and every other function, just the lean back, works fine. With the lumbar cushion it makes the seat kind of small. The wheels don't get caught or sticky so that's a bonus especially if you have carpet.

Excellent chair!
I can't say enough good things about this chair. Even though I bought it for gaming, it can be used as a regular desk chair as well. It is soft, comfortable and built extremely well. Fits nicely for someone who is tall like me.It is more than the cheap ones on Amazon. But well worth it.

Chair bolsters dig right into your thigh's bottom
Chair looks great, and in a reclining position is very comfortable. I'm 5' 10", 250lbs. There are two 'cups' or bolsters on each side of the seat pan though, that drive up into the right third of each of my thighs. There is no way (that I can tell) that you can bend or adjust these bolsters away from your thighs. If you sit with your legs completely together, they will still dig into the outer 10% of your thighs, and you will experience discomfort. I am strongly considering sending back inside my 30 day window, unless I can find some resolution.UpdateThe seller promptly reached out to me and resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. One of the best seller experiences I've had helping me with an issue that I purchased something from
