We have been very happy with the Larex Baby Bottle Sterilizer. The product is high quality, versatile, and worked perfectly at the beginning. After about six months, the "Dry" function stopped using hot air and only worked with cool air but we continued using it for about 4 other months. I recently contacted Larex customer support since we started using the sterilizer again, and they assisted me very quickly and kindly, offering to send a replacement sterilizer at no cost even though the purchase was made over a year. I highly recommend this sterilizer, and above all, kudos to the Larex support team for their speed and efficiency. It has a wide storage capacity, it's very easy to use, silent, does not leave any smell and overall 10/10.

Update: I'm impressed! The seller reached out to me right away and fixed the issue quickly. They even sent a brand new sterilizer! Their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this seller for their great product, amazing service, and excellent support. I really wanted to like this product, it has ample space to fit several bottles and pump parts at the same time. It was working fine for first few days. Took almost an hour for sterilization and drying. However, after first week it started to switch off on its own in the middle of the process without finishing the cycle, so irritating it keeps happening

The product is great and the customer service is amazing. I bought this back in I think Nov of 2023 and used it from 1-3 times a day, everyday. The size is great and it does a good job. About Nov of 2024 the heating element went out so it couldnt sterilize, dry or thaw. Making it pretty useless. I contacted the company in Jan 2025 to see if I there was anyway to repair it or get a new part for it. They responded immediately and said they'd send a new one. I told them the order number was kind old but as soon as I gave it to them they shipped a new one. I had it in 3 days. I'm a happy customer.

This sterilizer is a life saver! It is safe enough to use with pump parts, whose silicone pieces can be tricky to not deform. Well designed with a larger lower rack and shallower upper rack to sterilize multiple types and sizes of parts. Make sure all the parts are well seated and leakage will not be a problem. The only reason that this does not get 5 stars is that it has had trouble moving to "dry" after running the sterilize stage, sometimes turning off instead. For a product that is only 4 months old, this is a complication that is rather annoying. We have to go in and manually set the dry cycle. Not a HUGE deal, but does take away from the set-and-forget aspect I was hoping for. Unfortunately, Larex has decided to discontinue this product. It leaves a space for an affordable and silicone-safe sterilizer that doesn't require special detergents wide open in this market.

I bought this recently because my other sterilizer, I got it for baby shower gift and didn’t really like it because it only sterilized and not dry and also had that weird smell. I decided to get a new one that is bigger, sterilizes and has drying feature which this one has! Used it last night to sterilize and dry over night and omg absolutely love it! It does a job and it’s quiet too! It doesn’t show how many minutes left but doesn’t matter but you’re letting it do its work. It gives you an option to auto, sterilize, dry, or thaw which is great to keep to warm up your baby’s food, wash your pump parts, bottles, toys and etc. this is great for new moms that get frustrated to do boiling in the pot or steam sterilize in microwave or even letting the bottles/parts dry before you can even use it till the next day.

**Update** After posting my review the seller reached out and offered various ways to fix the issue, including a reminder that you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds. I am very happy with the service and response from the seller. While I still feel that this would be better served with physical buttons, the service and quick resolution from the seller raised my review. **Original Review** To start with the positives, this sanitizer holds 8 oz bottles or six of the Dr Brown 8 oz bottles along with all of the anti-colic accessories. It seems to sanitize in about 10 minutes and and dries in about an hour total. Not much else to say about it as it's a very simply made machine, just pieces of plastic and a hot plate. Now, the reason for the three-star review is how frustrating it is. It clearly states to wash the bottles before sanitizing. By washing the bottles it means you will have some water on your hands. If there is even a little bit of water on your finger, the buttons will not work and you cannot turn on the machine. It has become very frustrating as you have to thoroughly dry your hands for a long time before you can even turn the machine on. If these buttons were physical buttons or if this issue is fixed I would give it five stars, but because of the frustration we have when we try to turn on and sanitize the machine, it is a three-star product. I would look for a product with better physical buttons.
