Defective microwave door.
The media could not be loaded. The item was delivered to me through Amazon. On opening the package I found that the door of the microwave is defective and cannot be fully closed, besides some dents on the back wall.As such, I cannot rate the product. I am making a request for replacement.

Poor and flimsy build
Please avoid this oven at all costs. I regret buying this. The door has a gap when closed as reported by other users. The tray doesn't fit in its place and fall down from either side. Crompton customer support does not respond and I am having a hard registering warranty for this item. Please stick with a professional brand for things like these.
