Great product which has been put to immediate use in my external rabbit hutch to keep my bunnies warm now the weather has changed. I was a little concerned that they would chew through the cable, but this is well protected and we have had no issues at all. The plate does not get overly hot which is exactly what I wanted as I don't want my bunnies to overheat, it is more a warmness that takes the chill off when they sit in their fabric bed which is placed on top. We have shavings and straw in the hutch - no problems with these being on / nearby the plate. No fire risk as the plate does not get warm enough to cause any kind of combustion. Excatly what I wanted and needed - just hope the efficiency claims stand up when my next electric bill comes in!

It’s as described. Low heat, but enough to keep a dog warm. Would not want it too hot or it the dog would not sit on it. Durable and well built with good length cable.

This is a lovely substantially made item, bought for use in an outside kennel, It is popped under a dog bed and used on cold nights as an extra form of heating,

100% recommend this product. It has been in use for a week now & with the current weather it has been a life saver (possibly literally). My bunny loves it.. I read all the reviews before buying & some people mentioned the temperature.. I can confirm that mine is working absolutely fine. It doesn’t get hot but when I put my hand on the pad I can instantly feel a warmth coming from it. The pad is in a 4ft by 6ft run so my bunny doesn’t have to sit on it if he doesn’t want to but this week he hasn’t got off of it, so I know for sure that it is working as it should.. Also dispatch was very quick & item arrived safely.

I had ordered this Petnap product in expectation of our first ever litter of puppies and have been using the heat pad for the last three days. I can already say, that I could not do without it. Although the pups are still small enough to get most of the needed heat from their mother, on those occasions when Mum needs a break or had to go and see the vet for her post-whelping ultrasound, the heat pad is a very valuable and completely safe addition to the infrared lamp. I had ordered the largest heat pad available as we have Setter pups, and I want the pad to serve them well even when they grow bigger. I have no doubt that it will do just that.

Dreadful product and an incredible waste of money. If it produces any heat at all then it's virtually impossible to tell. There is no way this would keep any animal even close to being warm. Do not buy this product, you will be equally disappointed.

Arrived well packaged and promptly. No fuss set up, simply take it out of the box and plug it in. It does come with advice / instructions. I got the large size because it seemed like better value for money. It is big though and I could probably have got away with the smaller one. I put a soft fleece on it and it heated up nicely (to body temp, not hot). My old moggy has been on it a lot. She spreads out on it so is obviously comfortable and warm. It seems well made and I hope it lasts. It has replaced old vinyl heat pads which failed with power issues after only 2 or 3 yrs. I am hoping this will last longer. I have only had it a short time so have held back from giving a 5 star review.

La pedana si intiepidisce appena, e soltanto al centro, assolutamente inadatta all'ambiente esterno di montagna dove è situata la cuccia. Sul sito queste informazioni tecniche non ci sono, inoltre non è messo in evidenza un dettaglio importante: necessita di adattatore americano (credo, tipo vecchia presa telefonica, 250V), se fosse chiaro il cliente interessato potrebbe acquistare anche l'adattatore insieme al prodotto!
