This is good stuff. I was installing a log burner in my workshop and used it both to seal the collar to the corrugated roofing and to seal the flue joints on the stove itself. After 6 months use the roof is 100% watertight and the stove joints show no cracking or smoke escape. I was a bit nervous about this job, I hadn't installed a log burner before, but the sealant was easy to use and has performed brilliantly. Highly recommended.

This is excellent. Very easy to apply. I used it around a woodburner flue. As the heat rose, it expanded to fill the gap and it set rock hard. This is so much better than the standard flue cement.

Great easy to use product

Not really a sealant.. it does do the job as in it fills gaps, however it is nothing more than fire cement in a tube, so it really should be called cement, not sealant. I was expecting a silicone type product which this isn't. No good for outdoor applications or sealing anything where water egress may be a problem as it is porous.

Good stuff,used to seal a gap around sides of a gas fire sitting against the chimney breast mainly for decorative purposes,dries hard like mortar and is paintable

Please beware that this stuff skins over in seconds - it's not like silicone at all, so if you intend to smooth it off where it's going to be seen, you need to work in very small sections. I used it to seal around my pizza oven door because the soot was staining the bricks - by the time I had gunned it into the gap around the oven (about a 1m length) it was going off at the other end where I started. Apart from that it's a good product - goes off hard, very quickly, and after curing it with some heat it's like rock. When using it, it's more like a grainy grout/putty consistency. Couple of people have asked the colour - it's a light beige/cream colour.

Me ha encantado la fijación y la unión, lo he utilizado para el cristal de una estufa de leña y me he quedado sorprendido de su prestación. Lo único es que no es muy líquido pero es un producto estupendo.

Usato per sigillare una stufa isotta la nordica. Smontato l interno della stufa ho scoperto che era assemblata male e con materiali e viti pessimi. Ho riempito le fessure della parte esterna della stufa che beveva aria dappertutto e mi sono trovato molto bene. È una crema morbida e facile da lavorare, aderisce benissimo e incolla in modo ottimale. Ottima essiccazione e robustezza, ottimo prodotto. Ottimo

It works well but keeps falling off the crack, so I have to re-patch it often.
