Carhartt Heavy Haul Utility Duffel Bag's, Water-Resistant Packable Bag for Jobsite, Gym, and Travel

I recently went to Africa on safari. Since some of the flights I was taking were on 12 seat planes I was warned in advance of size and weight restrictions. I was also advised that soft sided bags would work best. This bag worked great. It made it through several flights in major airports and very small local airports. I was able to fit everything I needed in it. It came through without a scratch. It did get pretty heavy since I packed it totally full. I did not use the shoulder straps. The color also made it easy to spot.

Love this bag great for multiple blankets and a pillow with a little room left over for 2 days worth of cloths. Very sturdy all around.

I work long shift work and need to carry about a week of clothes and such with me. It fits everything I need and then some. A duffel bag is always my preferred go to and this fit the bill. The price made me have buyers remorse all up until I opened it. It’s great, the quality is outstanding and I can see this lasting for years and years. The material is thick, the orange color hasn’t faded in a few months of sun exposure, and the seams are still strong. 10/10 would buy again

I have used this bag now on at least 10 trips and it is excellent. Plenty of pockets for organization. I love the inner bag that is perfect for shoes or dirty clothes. Showing no signs of wear after nearly a year of use.

This bag is the perfect size for a couple day trip for an over-packer like me. The side pocket for shoes and/or dirty clothes is awesome. When I saw the backpack feature I was a little hesitant at first. I tried out the backpack feature, and it was surprisingly really comfortable. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I would've loved to have the shoulder strap option as well. Regardless, I would still recommend it to others.

I mean, it's Carhartt. What else can you say?! I've had this bag now for 3 1/2 years and it still looks brand new! I have definitely put it through the ringer in and out of a rig and on several plane rides! It definitely has the storage capacity that it says it does. None of the zippers have broke! None of the stitches have come loose. And it definitely is water resistant. The backpack straps make it easy when you have a long walk and don't wanna side arm carry it.

My hubby was so excited to find this bag - he's a huge Carhartt fan! I didn't think it was big enough but here's everything we put in it: 3 pairs of jeans, 3 nylon wind pants, I pair of sweatpants, 3 long sleeve t-shirts, 2 short sleeve t-shirts, 3 long sleeve and 4 short sleeve button up shirts, 20 pairs each of socks and gaunch and 2 thick Helly Hansen flannel shirts (more like a jacket style). It's enough cloths for him for his 20 day stint at a camp job. I did not think this was all going to fit!! He did put his shaving kit and toiletries in a different bag though - those didn't fit. He's very happy with this bag and loves the backpack feature. For reference, he is 6'2" so his clothes are not tiny! 😁
