Excellent product

Using since 1.5+ years and no problems so far. European quality is evident in the finishing. Takes a couple of minutes to boil water when filled to max level, which is normal. Plug is EU type unfortunately and taking 1 star away for that, due to the high price paid. I used it with an adapter for some time. Once 2 adapters (bad quality) were fried, I started using directly on the plug point - only the earth pin does not work. So far all good.

Usually I used to prepare herble tea daily. It took only one minute to prepare on this. For hot water also it's too good.

Just what my kitchen was missing!

More than anything else, I appreciate that this electric kettle takes all the hassle out of having to boil water — whether it be for a cup of tea, hot cocoa, or even soup. I simply plug the product's swivel base into a power outlet, place the kettle (filled with water to the maximum line) on top of the base, and the appliance instantly turns on.
