I bought this for my sister as a gift on her request. Much to my glee, she looks like she could be a member of Steel Panther or Spinal Tap when she has it on, and she said she likes how she push it up and use it like a hair band when travelling, and then pull it down again for a nap, while also playing podcasts, music, or white noise. She has massive trouble sleeping, so she said this helps turn her brain off and drift off to sleep. Having a combo of an eye mask and headphones means she can listen to what she needs to without the ear pain she gets when trying to sleep with earbuds in. I'm not sure how long it will last since it was so cheap, and it doesn't seem like the sound is spectacular, but does exactly what it needs to. You don't need Bose level sound when you're listening to rain...

I love this sleep-band. Easy to pair with my phone and love that I don’t have to download another app. I play my natural thunderstorms sound track to block out night-time road works. Can use it a few times before charging is needed. I’d give it 5 stars only the connection volume is SUPER loud, as well as the female voice that says it’s connected. I recommend turning on the sleep-band first, adjust the volume from your device/phone and then put it on. Love that the fabric is cotton - as a neurodiverse person, natural texture is paramount! Comfort wise, the first time I used the sleep-band it was uncomfortable but I’ve since learnt where my sweet spot is and have loved the band ever since. Haven’t washed the band yet, so a further update may be needed. Sound quality is really good with no crackling. I should note that I’m a side sleeper and don’t get many hours of solid sleep due to my insomnia. So hours of charge might not add up the same as mine? Also haven’t used the phone function and don’t intend to use it for that purpose. Excellent product for my first time with sleep-bands. Would recommend.
