Quality products helps with a good night sleep

I feel like this is a great product. The supplement comes in small little tablets that are easy to swallow and they did not leave unpleasant aftertaste. I take one tablet daily and I find it somewhat useful for my sleep.

Improving my sleep quality; helping me concentrate more, definitely giving me more energy. They are about the same size as a paracetamol so relatively easy to take, with a meal. Only downside I have is the writing on the bottle is quite small so I found it difficult to read.

Experience suggests they should cost around £15, yet they're well below £10. I'm genuinely impressed and would recommend this product to anyone on the hunt for quality magnesium supplement. Recommended to me in early for my calcified tendonitis which is now improving. Could be coincidence, but it’s certainly not making it worse.

It is difficult to write about supplements as we dont see the effect but generally I am satisfied
