This is a great vitamin c. I’ve taken it off and on for about 4 years. The capsules are smooth and pretty easy to swallow. No bad aftertaste. Absorbs easily with water. Bottle is good sized and overall it ships quickly. I’m stolid 40 yeas old and 160 lbs. it also travels well. I always take some with me for that extra boost. Highly recommend them!

Not only was this product by Nutricost a good value, but the other products such as protein powder and muscle building supplements are a good value and quality

Nutricost Vitamin C is great for boosting the immune system. Dissolves quickly for better absorption. Neutral taste, easy to take with water. Nutricost is a reliable and high-quality brand with 240 capsules, lasts about 8 months.

They are in capsule form, I was told capsule is the better form of vitamin quality wise. I don't know. I take 4k Vitamin C a day, 2 am 2 pm. Haven't been stay home sick for years, 64 now. I do and so will other folks occasionally pick up something from the Casino in my case or ina public venue, keep a decent diet walk 3 miles a day and take Vitamin C. All the other vitamins just create expensive urine
