Es muy delgada la tela, el elástico en puños, cuello y cintura muy débil, lo cual provoca que se escape el calor y sude uno menos.

Does exactly what it says, I have worn this during my workouts and noticed a change already.

I have not used this as much as I wish I would though it does work even on a mild workout so if I brought up the intensity sure I would probably sweat more. I think I bought the large I’m 6 foot medium built and it fit The way I wanted it to not too baggy and not too tight You may read that they rip easy and they probably do but if you use it and take care of it it could last it all depends how you take care of it I’m satisfied with the quality

The shirt seems like it fits perfect but the pants seem to be a size bigger, overall still a good product and really makes you sweat 10/10
