Without montage
The washing machine is of good quality but they only import it but it is without montage even though the description says it comes with professional montage .

Works great, steamer is really convenient and overall really good reliability from samsung
I have used Samsung washing machines and this model in specific previously and I know that Samsung washing machines hold up perfectly. I was very happy with this purchase, the machine works great from the get go. It has a lot of functions unlike other washing machines that I can use altho I do a regular quick wash + 2 hour steamer on my clothes with liquid detergent and softener. It does a really good job drying my clothes and all the clothes have come out super soft. Very happy with the purchase.

this is international version (non UAE) with no warranty from Samsung officials, only warranty from seller

Not worth it
I bought this washer/Dryer 15 months ago and it is been giving me problem since then.. every 4 to 5 months it becones hot and stop working and I need to call technical support to fix it and pay money.. moreover, it doesn't dry properly

Broken after 9 months
Mashine got broken ( black sand , water out and loud sound during spinning) after 9 month of light usage. Thanks on Amazon service they helped with refund , so need to buy a new washing mashine.
