Great chair! Super easy to put together. It took me about 30 minutes at least 10 minutes of which was unpacking it. Very solid and folds up easily. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY, INCREDIBLY AMAZING!!!! The only reason 4* is stop saying DVD and the chart are included if they’re not. Some people love going online, but not everyone does. As for the chair it’s amazing. Well-made and strong built. A little high for short people, but at 5’3” it’s ok. All the locks and keys work to keep the part usable or out of the way. It’s a little heavy, so the older you get (or disable) be mindful. The compact size makes it so possible in my small room. Easy to assemble (the springs are a little stiff) Many levels for everyone can use no matter fitness level. When you can’t exercise in a normal gym or don’t have time to go, this makes even 5 minutes so easy to do. Would highly recommend to anyone (as long as doctor says so)

I absolutely love the chair; my only complaint is that the CD's were not included and the streaming option led to a blank page. I fractured my back in August requiring surgery and this chair allowed me to exercise and rehab.

I have the Malibu Pilates machine which is identical. It’s wearing out and I wanted a new machine. It looks nice but I can’t separate the pedal. I’m so tired of having issues buying through Amazon. Doesn’t anybody do any quality assurance anymore. My video won’t go in. I showed how easy it was to release the pedal on my old machine and how this one won’t budge and it has a lump under the pedal foam where the release knob is. Very frustrating

I did not like the fact that I was unable to access the videos from the web address provided in the package. The instructions did not coincidence with the photos on the chart. I had to purchase a set of videos to safe guard my safety when using the chair. . With the instructions from the videos I purchased, the use of the chair is very effective.
