Lankybox Epic Adventure: A hilarious graphic novel from YouTube sensations LankyBox

My 12 year old loved reading this book, he said its long and very exciting

He's never read a book in his life outside of school but he's read this front to cover a few times now.

Very colourful and well printed and written, my son loves to read it every night

After reading this with my 10 here is his opinion. Overall rating 7.5/10 The story is fun and it’s good to see the characters like Foxy and Boxy but some of the moments are a bit cringe and babyish. I liked the Cardin but not the bit with the troll Have to say I agree with him. The target audience (of both the book and YouTube channel) is say is 8-12, but there are moments in the book you’d expect to find in a story for toddlers. Moral messages about being kind and sharing, real EYFS stuff, not preteen. Its colourful comic book style appealed to my boy as he’s dyslexic and a reluctant reader. He’ll buy any old merch that Lankybox churn out, and I’m always happy to find something he’s willing to read, but it’s not winning any Pulitzer Prizes

It seems really difficult to find decent lankybox merch without having to order from outside the UK on eBay, so I was delighted when I found this. Great quality, came in perfect order and my nephew loved it for Christmas. There’s so many pages too, well worth the money.

My son has read this twice now and could not wait to show me all his fav pages. Great way to encourage reading
