Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Vol. 5

The antics are back in this latest volume. From the gang doing a flower viewing, complete with an arm wrestling competition. Then Tohru joins the neighborhood watch, can she bring peace to the area without destroying everything? Miss Kobayashi gets sick and Tohru takes care of her, with the usual chaos at the end. Then Ilulu meets Saikawa, can Louca help the other young dragon open up and make friends like Kanna did? Then Tohru infiltrates a maid cafe, and becomes the head maid. Can she keep her promise to stay at Miss Kobayashi's side and help out this group of young ladies starting out. Then the festival begins, with Tohru and Kobayashi having a little time to themselves and talking about their relationship. This series has been entertaining and I love the antics of all the characters, from grumpy Fafnir to Bouncy Louca and their human partners. Now that a canon ending was announced, lets see the path and the perils they will take to get there. I knows its going to be a bumpy ride

I like both the comedy and the serious topics in this manga. Miss Kobayashi and her dragon and human friends are progressing nicely!

I love this series so much. The anime is just as great as the manga. The delivery was prompt and I had no issues with the packaging. The manga itself was in perfect condition as well. Would order from this seller again!

Odds are, if you've read the first four volumes, then you'll want to read this one as well. I love this series and devour every volume once it's out. It's off kilter and incredibly sweet. I got into the series after seeing the anime, and love seeing where that came from, and enjoy seeing more of what could come if they make a second series for the anime.

Now, don't get the rating wrong, I love this series and book, but the issue that I have is that the first 40 or so pages are completely wrong. Instead of it being Volume 5, it's Volume 3. After the first page of Chapter 24, it jumps staright into the 5th Volume with no way to know what happened before. I would love to give a better review, but I cannot right now when I have a misprint in hand. EDIT: Received new copy today, and issue has been resolved. I LOVE this franchise to death and I want there to be so much more!!

Its great with more Kobayashi and Toru being great together. If you enjoyed the previous books you'll love this one.

Pour mon fils qui aime bien cette série

These manga are getting better and better. We've gone well beyond the anime now with an augmented cast. In volume 5 we look closer at the relationships between the characters and discover what binds them. We learn more about Iluulu, who is getting as cute in the own way as Kanna but I was stunned at the insight into Lucoa's take on humans and our world. She's not just fan service and comic relief! Definitely I want volume 6.

Good read if you're into slice of life comedy about dragons.
