Solid Omega Vitamin with no fishy aftertaste
Great supplement- I don’t like burping fish oil as well as wanted a vegan supplement so, this one was perfect. My HDL levels bumped up after taking them for a few months, so I am very happy with them.

I was familiar with the Bragg line of products from the Apple Cider Vinegars. I wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3, so I bought Bragg's algae oil product. It's well tolerated. Is small and easily swallowed with no of that fishy aftertaste ( besides, where do you think the fish get their Omega 3's from in the first place?).

No kelpy burps!
So far so good, I am plant based so I can get AHA but DHA and EPA are much more difficult. Much better than other kelp based vegan omegas I have tried that had a terrible aftertaste, these are more neutral, a little smelly when you open them. Haven’t noticed any health changes.
