Amazing.
I am on my second bottle and I have seen great results. It took a few days to notice any changes but they definitely work for me. I don’t have night sweats at all anymore and very few hot flashes during the day. I take them every night around 6. They are a nice texture, easy to chew and have a pleasant fruity taste. My husband even tried to take one from me the other night because he thought I was eating fruit snacks!
