I just learned about Energy Bits watching Catherine’s interview on Dave Asprey Podcast. Amazing and Powerful information that i had not known and soooo needed to hear for my quality of life and healing!!! I just started yesterday with Beauty Bits and Recovery Bits. My initial notice is more energy today which is something i have missed for quite awhile!!! I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases, spinal issues and a breast cancer survivor. I just got these and I know they will be great because the ingredients are all really good for you! As advertised, they are one ingredient, zero sugar, forty nutrients, keto, vegan, non Gmo & easy to swallow or chew. Very handy in the small packets to throw in in your pack or purse. Maybe a tad expensive if you take the max daily suggested amount.

Haven't been able to try them very long but so far so good. Easy to take as a tablet, I really haven't cared for the flavor in the past but with the tablets I don't taste it. Haven't noticed too much else but it's only been a couple days.

Health benefits: So far I'm loving these bits. Bits of energy. I feel great already. My hair is much better since I started taking these. I will continue taking these for all of the benefits I am seeing.

Easy to take and convenient packaging. However, I am not sure about the overall effectiveness of this product. I sampled it and took it within three to four days…maybe not enough time to see any positive effects. It did make my skin a little itchy though.
