Ok for the price.
The helmet is ok for what it costs but be aware that, if you wear glasses, you won't be able to use the sun visor because it's too close to your face when open.

Comfortable, lightweight, and feels strong enough to give good protection. The inner padding is soft and fits well without causing pressure on the head. Ventilation is decent, so there is no heavy sweating during long rides. The visor is clear and gives good visibility, especially at night. Overall, it's a good helmet for daily use and offers value for money.

Makes wind noise much while driving. Also short height from back side. Upper neck area remains open from back side. Although quality is good.
