I've previously had the grey 'pebbles' design which is slightly larger, and I fancied a change. The blue colour looked cheerful and it was a good price. The mat is a little smaller than the grey design, and does not completely cover the bottom of the sink, but he who does the dishes says it is actually better that way. So it looks like we'll be buying this its again once the first one gets too icky.* Update * Have just bought a green one when the blue one went a bit stiff and icky. The green one works just as well as the blue one. Didn't notice any off-putting smell like others have commented. I haven't tried putting in the dishwasher yet, I suspect that might hasten the hardening though. Still very happy with this product and will continue to buy them as ling as Amazon keep stocking them.

I have two of these sink protectors, they are ideal for keeping your sink and draining board looking clean and scratch free. The are made from an odourless durable clear PVC plastic and have a pretty daisy design which allows any water to flow through the holes between the flowers.The only downside is that they have a tendency to discolour, so I regularly use a brush and some cream surface cleaner to make sure they remain germ free and fresh looking.

This is difficult to clean as the colour stains easily. It was good for purpose but after a while it needed replacing as it looked very dirty.I replaced with a dark grey one and haven’t had a problem.

New kitchen sink fitted with kitchen referbishment. It's a sort of matt stainless steel that Marks easily. As we use a bowl in the sink it started to scratch so this was an ideal solution. It protects the sink really well so very pleased with it. The only issue was I poured some Italian tomato sauce into the sink and it stained the silicone. It's a sort of rose pink now. Not that it matters still stops the sink from being scratched, and it sits under a bowl so it rarely sees the light of day.

I've been using this style for years as I just find it super practical and nice. My new old fashion kitchen has a huge sink, so I went for a bigger version. Excelent! I just wish they do even bigger one!

It looks good but then it doesn't stick to the sink, it's too small and after the first tomato dishes washing it becomes orange. Not even bleach cleaned it. It also smells funny. I throw it away after two days. Waste of money.
