Q: Does this product actually include 2 trimmers as it says in product description or just one? "includes panasonic er-gn30-k trimmer (2)"

As far as I can remember when I originally purchased this item (which I still have) It did not come with another "Trimmer". It does work pretty well though just eats batteries like all the other ones I have owned.

Q: Mine suddenly quit running after two years. Had been running slowly lately. Any suggestions?

I don't remember how many years I had it before it abruptly stopped. I bought a different brand, which was a mistake as it tended to get stuck. I went back to the Panasonic trimmer and am happy I did.
