So this is worth the money it costs. It feels like suede almost. It keeps the laptop looking sleek too. The grip when you’re hanging onto it feels good too. I hope the durability is good on it because I plan on never dropping it. The bottom on the back of the laptop does bounce a little bit. I think it’s suppose to do that for its protection needs for when it’s dropped, to almost cushion the impacted. Maybe, I don’t know to be honest. But both sides are doing it and that’s the only possible thing I can think of. You literally can’t scratch this as well too. When you open and close it, it looks like there’s nothing on it, which I love. If you want a month later update, give this 50 likes and I’ll do one then.

There are people complaining that the MacBook doesn't close all the way. Is this true? Technically, yes. That being said there's no real world situation where less than half a millimeter of gap affect anything. Texture is good. I worry about the rubber on the feet staying attached, I wouldn't expect them to last more than 2 years. Also I would not be surprised if the logo delaminated after 2 or 3 years. For now, it is good.

Went through 3 MacBook cases like this one, they all broke/cracked or looked like garbage within months. I've had this one for 1.5 years and it still looks brand-spanking new. I'll totally buy another one again when I get a new MacBook air. Plus Spigen has great iPhone cases and screen protectors too.

The case looks sleek and fits well, and the fabric design feels premium. Protection is solid without adding much bulk. My only complaint is the price, which feels a bit high for what it is. Still, overall a good case.

Purchased this to protect my new MacBook Air and absolutely love it. Fit was spot on, it’s barely noticeable in and not bulky at all. Great value for me.

The texture and quality of this case is perfect, so although it was expensive it was worth it compared to numerous previous cases that were cheaper but eventually became chipped, damaged, and non-functional through normal wear and tear (no extreme dropping to my knoweldge).

I wanted to love this. And to a degree, I do. The texture is great, if that's what you're going for. I like it. And the case is quite light weight. I have a number of rod Spine things and they are generally all quite nice. This one, however, is lacking. Specifically - it does not mount very well. Particularly the upper shell / top case. No matter how many times I try, the front corners just won't stay flat. There is a noticeable curve upwards and enough tension or bulk in the clips that the laptop does not hold closed very well as a result, which could result in the screen going on and off in your bag, potentially eating up battery life. Very disappointing as it essentially makes the case unusable. And for this cost compared to many others on Amazon, it's hard to say the case is worth this price. Because it ain't. I'll be returning mine, sorry, Spine. But perhaps make a better quality product next time for this price point?
