High quality, effective machine. Very effective at stimulating nerves and increasing circulation of Lymphatic fluid. I've used foot massagers and Thumper Pro Junior massagers, but the LifePro is the most effective piece of equipment to date.

Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

My Story of Unbelievable Results! On Nov 22 I attended a Christmas Showcase Arts Fair in San Antonio. A vender had multiple vibration platforms to try out. Their price was several thousand dollars....but wait! Show price was only $1000.....I went home and researched the cool product. My interest was very high since I had just received a bone density scan in November, and the results were Osteopenia, the precursor to Osteoporosis!!! Yikes! Having just turned 66 I had to start seriously taking Calcium and other supplements. My hips had been hurting for several months, and now my knees were starting too....UH OH. My research led me to the benefits of bone strengthening and other promises. I read that NASA uses this technique in space for Astronauts. WOW! I was sold. After using the LifePro for a couple weeks it has made a world of difference, I am almost pain free. I woke up yesterday and today without the constant nagging pain in my hips and knees. I was cautious yesterday, but today I feel like my old self. Thank you LifePro I now have hope for a pain free future!

I was able to purchase at a sale price so was happy with that and using the plate has improved my circulation, energy and overall ability to exercise in general. The reason for the three stars is due to the one sided motor which creates stringer vibrations on one side of the plate. This can be worked around by switching sides each use. The programs are good but limited and you cant create your own. The resistance loops are cheaply made but work, the ones with handles for the sides of the plate are ok, but the poor quality of rubber means you cant get a full stretch on them, best used to simply get the vibration into arms while still facilitating some movements as opposed to the straps which must be held to tension and don't stretch. The ones for the front of machine (or back if you face the other way) are too stretchy, not much resistance, but if you just want to use for mobility they are ok. Most I don't use any of them, but simpy put my hands on my hips or if sitting put them on the plate itself. Looking at the lifepro max plate, it is probably a better option. The rumblex pro has all the bells and whistles, but if I had to choose again, I'd choose a plate with the motor centralised for equal distribution of vibrations instead of the one-sided distribution. Also this plate has the curved surface which does help engage inner thighs as well as outer thigh if you stand with feet right to the edged and knees bent. A flat plate offers more options in that you can adapted your stance and stand anywhere. Also need to mention that their warranty service does not function properly and I had to contact customer service four times to get it set, there online member page only half works, but they have a replete youtube library that anyone can access. Also using it by simply sitting on it at first did relieve my hip pain, and I use it everyday to get my body to move without pain, works indeed. It is quite easy to move it around also. Do not need the bluetooth speaker, it isn't useful, sounds a bit tinny. You do not get a full sized exercise mat, you get a mat the size of the plate, which you can use on top (for hands during push ups etc.) or you can place underneath to help dampen vibrations. Not too noisy, but not silent. Initially my dog did go on it just on the oscillation setting on the lowest speed, but unfortunately since I started doing the 10 min programs which go to the highest speed, she felt those vibrations through the floor and now refuses to go on it. All in all, I probably would've bought another plate had I known about the one sided motor, but it has been beneficial and I use it daily, I just have to make sure both legs get the same amount of vibrations day to day.

purchased to share with my wife. The setup is small, sturdy and simple. Lifepro considered things such as handles, wheels and accessories to make it ready and effective to use. I have only used it a few times and it seems to help my workout and relaxation.
