About three weeks ago I started to have really bad dizzy spells. They were constant throughout the day. I went to the urgent care and they told me it was a case of vertigo and gave me a set of exercises to do. I did the exercises multiple times daily to no improvement in my vertigo. It was so bad I couldn’t stand up or get out of bed without the room spinning for a good minute. I walked around all day in a fog because the room was slowly spinning and it was really distracting and nauseating. Then I did some research and found a lot of people who couldn’t get their vertigo to go away found they had substantial wax buildup in their ears causing disruptions to equilibrium. I started to search for a way to clear it out and found this product on Amazon and I tried it last night. After I did both ears it was like a brand new world. For the last 12 hours I have been dizzy free and it has been fantastic. My “vertigo” is gone and I can’t believe how easy and affordable this product is. It really helped me a lot.

If you have a lot of ear wax like me you might have to do it multiple times but it worked pretty good. I did one ear 3 times doing the whole 15 minutes with ear drops and flushing out with a bowl of warm distilled water. I was shocked how much came out. My other ear didn’t have much earwax so I only did it once. My only complaint is that the box sticker wasn’t sealed (I noticed another reviewer had the same issue) but the ear drops med was sealed and the syringe bulb looked ok so I used it anyway. I just hope nobody touched the syringe bulb because I know I’m gonna get an ear infection if bacteria on or inside that thing.My advice is just be patient and watch YouTube videos for some advice. When I did it the 2nd time I was gonna give up and even called a professional to see how much it would cost and them saying $100 motivated me to try one more time (third time’s a charm). Also put a towel under you because the syringe bulb is strong and will squirt everywhere. My shirt got wet as well but I was ok with it as long as it worked. So do it on a big surface area like a table.

I bought this because my wireless earbuds always need to be cleaned off after I use them. I have very waxy, sticky ear wax that makes them gross. This is my first time using an ear cleaner. On other reviews I've seen that people with more flakey ear wax had clumps of wax coming out and their hearing improved. I didn't experience any of this with one use. Nothing came out and my hearing remained the same. However my ears feel cleaner and my earbuds aren't coming away with wax on them. I don't know how often I'll have to use this to keep them clean.

I was dealing with episodes of on and off loss of hearing in one of my ears for months. In the last month, I couldn't hear I thing. I decided to give this a shot. I was using the drops and flushing the ear out with water and it seemed to have made it worse for the first 2 days. I got really discouraged and thought I would have to go to the doctor. I read some other reviews and some other people said give it a couple more days. I did and learned how to properly flush my ear with water. So much ear wax came out and suddenly on day 3. I can hear better than I think I ever could. It is actually taking some getting used to because my hearing is so much better. The world is so loud now because my hearing was worse than I thought for months!

It took me two treatments over two days, but the difference is night and day. The way I look at it is the wax didn’t build up in one day. It’s probably not going to disappear in one day. I noticed I was having issues a couple weeks before I purchased it, but two days before I purchased it my ear was almost completely occluded. Literally 24 hours after my first application, my ear canal is wide open and both sides are equal as far as hearing, which has not been the case for a while. Thank you guys for creating this product. It’s a great bargain for what you get. Just have to be a little patient. (Follow instructions in the pamphlet and you’re good!)

It worked well for my husband and a lot of black wax came out, but he could still not hear out of one ear. I got him an appointment at our primary care office and before we went, I put the drops in both of his ears with a cotton ball in each ear, so that the wax would hopefully be less difficult for them to remove. The nurse removed a large ball of wax out of each of my husband's ears! He can now hear again! The nurse said to use a product like this now and then, but if hearing is impaired again, to come into the doctor's office for their help to remove the wax. We will buy again!

This was a mistake. I seem to have hurt my ears with this. They have been ringing ever since. Yes, I did read medical advice against using this kind of thing, but my ears were waxy and the doctor seemed unable to do anything.
