I have recently returned to an electric razor and found the shave with a modern razor vastly improved, however it is still not as good as a modern multi blade razor. In an effort to see if it can be improved, I've tried a wet shave with both foam and jell, but whilst I found the shave more comfortable, it still wasn’t as close as a dry shave. I then turned to pre-shave preparations and “King of Shaves”, this like the wet shaves was more comfortable but not as close as the dry shave. Of the alternatives the “King of Shaves” was less messy and more convenient than the wet shaves. At the moment my closest shave is with a dry shave, I will continue with the “King of Shaves” maybe it will improve as I get use to it.

Pros: * Very economical. Only a few drops really needed. Might need a few more if stubble is longer. * Nice natural smell. * Since the oil is clear and does not foam it is very easy too see were you want to shave. * Small bottle is travel friendly (might leak in plane?). * Less tugging and fewer red spots. * Does not seem to dry skin. * Blades seem to last longer (need to test more). Cons: * Since it is oil and does not easily mix with water it tends to clog blades while shaving. * This might not give you the absolute closest possible shave if you really need it. I think the cons are of the shaving method itself (oil) and not of the product. Overall Im pleased with the results and give it 5 starts out 5 :)

My only issue with this product is it feels a litte greasy . But it work well .

Ich habe diesen Artikel gekauft, da ich sehr schnell rasurbrand bekomme, super Alternative zu gewöhnlichen Rasierschaum! Ein paar Tropfen des Rasieröls aufs Gesicht auftragen und dann rasieren! Super Ergebnis ohne Hautreizungen!

I have been using this product for several years. It is better than shaving cream, because you can see your face, while shaving, and it is not messy like shaving cream as there is no lather to drip all over.

Sebbene la descrizione sia di un olio per rasature per pelli delicate (comprato per mio figlio) , in realtà non crea quel minimo di emulsione che consente di rasarsi ma si assorbe sulla pelle. Può essere invece utile per ammorbidire la barba.
