This is an extremely comfortable and capable remote control. I used it to give a keynote talk at a conference the other month, and had no problem with range (I prowl around the stage quite a bit), and it is responsive and functional. It works great with Keynote on the Mac (that was what I was using), as well as PowerPoint. Anyone giving a presentation to an audience needs something like this, and this is as good a choice as any. Comfortable, responsive, and functional... I highly recommend it.

An amazing bit of kit and half the price of a well known high street store. Some reviews say the 'start PPT' and 'black screen' buttons don't work unless you download software, this was not the case for me. I have a work Dell laptop that I cannot load anything onto, I plugged this in and everything worked with seconds. It is the best presenter I have ever used, the timer is brilliant, as is the range, and finally the red laser is superb. If you are looking for a presenting tool, I cannot recommend this one highly enough... 10 Stars 🤩

I’m a teacher and use this for lessons , assemblies and presentations. It is great, just plug the USB key into your computer and away you go. I’ve had a few of these in my time and this is by far the best.

Broke after a very short time. When turning on it would vibrate and turn itself off, very embarrassing whilst doing a presentation. Definitely avoid this product

This is one of the better remotes on the market; I use it every week. The laser intensity is just right and the range isn't too shabby - you can click from right across the room without any problems. The timer is a useful addition especially when you have speakers running over their allotted time. And my first set of batteries are still going strong (do remember to switch off!) so no complaints there as well.

I'm using this with a Mac and Keynote. Out of the box it will do the basics for Keynote (forwards and backwards) with no need to do anything more than plug in and switch on. But if you want to be able to start the presentation and blank the screen then you do need to download extra software to change the key-mappings, as described here: http://www.2ality.com/2014/06/logitech-presenter-r700-mac.html After that it will do everything. BUT, having said that I agree with others that the timer function is very badly thought out. 1. The duration is not stored when you switch off. That's annoying if you do several rehearsals and then then the live presentation. You have set the timer again. 2. It's a pity that you cannot also configure the warnings at the end. They worked OK for a 40 minute presentation, but I agree that I would want more flexibility for longer or much shorter talks. 3. Biggest pain for me was that my nerves are at their worst at the start of the presentation. So I keep forgetting to start the timer because it's a separate button, which means the timer is useless for that session. I would much prefer it if there was an option for the timer to start when you click the 'start presentation' button or the first 'next slide' click.

Auf der Suche nach einem optisch gut aussehenden und technisch zuverlässigen Gerät bin ich, mal wieder, bei Logitech gelandet... Ich bin überzeugter Apple-User und war sehr skeptisch in Bezug auf Funktionalität an/ mit einem Mac. Leider gibt es hierzu nur unzureichende Aussagen von Logitech und im Netz. Somit war ich gezwungen das System " Wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt" auszuprobieren. Also bestellte ich mir diesen Presenter, der für mein Empfinden ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat. Direkt beim Auspacken fiel mir auf, dass das Auspacken aus diesen elenden, verschweißten Plastikpackungen um einiges leichter und angenehmer geworden ist, seit dem wohl seit neuestem 3 Seiten perforiert werden und es problemlos ohne blutige Finger zu öffnen geht. Dann den Presenter freudig aus der Schachtel befreit und habe mich dann sogleich an der wunderbaren Verarbeitung und der sehr guten Haptik erfreut. Anschließend den USB-Stick aus dem unteren Teil des R700 heraus gezogen und gleich in mein MacBook AIR eingesteckt. Hier öffnete sich dann sofort ein Fenster: Die Tastatur konnte nicht ordnungsgemäß erkannt werden. Bitte drücken Sie SHIFT... Da der R700 logischer Weise keine solche Taste besitzt, drückte ich schon leicht geknickt das Fenster mit X einfach zu und dachte mir das alle anderen in den einzelnen, durchgelesenen Foren recht behalten haben und die Logitech Presenter, bis auf Grundfunktionen, nicht Apple-Kompatibel sind. Nichts desto trotz öffnete ich mein Office for Mac 2011 und die gewünschte PowerPoint-Präsentation. Nun dachte ich mir, du hast nichts zu verlieren und ich drückte einfach mal auf die "Präsentation starten"- Taste und, oh welch Wunder, es funktionierte! Hoch erfreut probierte ich mich so durch alle Tasten und Funktionen mit dem Ergebnis das der Presenter zu 100% Mac-tauglich ist!!! FAZIT: Lasst euch nicht "verapplen". Das Gerät funktioniert mit allen Funktionen wie an einem Microsoft-basierten System!!! Warum es von Logitech nicht ausgewiesen wird ist mir persönlich ein Rätsel! Fakt ist, der R700 ist ein Top-Presenter und ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen, egal ob OS X oder Windows! Verbindung steht auch über 30m Entfernung noch 1a und der Laser ist in 50m Entfernung noch top zu sehen... Ebenso hervorzuheben ist die sehr gut verarbeitete und gepolsterte "Reisetasche" welche mit zum Lieferumfang gehört...

Ni Logitech ni Amazon ne m'ont sponsorisé pour écrire ce commentaire (pourtant financièrement ça m'aurait bien arrangé). J'ai commandé ce produit (en promo) il y a quelques jours et je dois avouer ne pas être déçu. Le pointeur laser en lui même est rouge, de taille respectable et bien visible même avec une forte luminosité (testé en plein jour sur un parking par temps nuageux). Si j'avais un chat il adorerait surement, mais j'en ai pas donc il ne me sert qu'en présentation de power point. La partie télécommande est bien pensée, 4 boutons pour gérer le diaporama: diapo suivante, diapo précédente, plein écran, lecture auto du diaporama. Pas super original, mais ça fait bien le boulot. Bouton on/off général pour éviter de perdre inutilement des piles. Mais la grosse originalité et le petit plus de ce produit est son minuteur, avec affichage du temps restant et barre de chargement façon sablier sur un mini écran LCD. Le tout étant commandé par un double bouton assez ergonomique sur le coté. Autre point positif: plug and play sur Win 7/10 et Mac OS. En résumé je suis ravi de mon achat. J’espère que sa longévité sera à la hauteur du reste. Il me reste plus qu'a bien bosser mes présentations car maintenant je ne peux plus dire que c'est de la faute du matériel si elles sont nulles... Bref testé au cours de présentation

Excelente pasador de diapositivas. Es el segundo que compro igual (el anterior lo he usado cientos de veces hasta llegar a borrar del roce los botones sin un fallo; se me rompió por una caída). Tiene puntero, permite usar hacia delante y atrás, poner la pantalla en negro y algo genial: Una cuenta atrás para que puedas ajustarte al tiempo previsto en tu exposición. Una breve mirada al puntero te dice qué tiempo te queda. Y 5 minutos antes de acabar el tiempo introducido vibra para que sepas que te queda dicho tiempo. Lo hace de nuevo a 2 minutos de que concluyas tu tiempo. Fiable, grandes prestaciones, profesional... y a excelente precio. ¡Ni que lo vendiera yo!

Muy cómodo y sencilo de usar. Permite controlar el tiempo, pasar las diapositivas, señalar, poner las pantalla en blanco... Además, no da ningún tipo de problemas a la hora de sincronizar con el ordenador y sabes en todo momento su nivell de batería. Aunque es un poco más carro que otros aparatos, vale la pena.
