A refined, aromatic non-alcoholic spirit that shines when mixed correctly
Seedlip Spice 94 was the first non-alcoholic spirit I ever purchased, initially as a gift for my wife while she was pregnant with our first daughter. As sheās a gin fan, I wanted something that allowed her to still enjoy a 'grown-up' drink when we had friends over. At the time, it didnāt quite land - the flavour came across a little like flavoured water when mixed too lightly. A few years later, however, I tried a Seedlip & Tonic at a hotel bar and was completely converted. Mixed properly, itās an entirely different experience - smooth, complex and genuinely reminiscent of a good botanical spirit. The blend of allspice, cardamom and citrus gives it warmth and depth, while the absence of sweetness keeps it refreshing and crisp. The key is in the ratio. Once you get the balance right (typically a generous pour of Seedlip to tonic, with plenty of ice and perhaps a slice of orange), it delivers an excellent, well-rounded drink that feels every bit as considered as its alcoholic counterparts. The presentation is another standout feature. The bottle design is beautiful - elegant, minimalist and sophisticated enough to sit proudly on any drinks trolley or bar shelf. It looks and feels like a premium product, which adds to the sense of occasion when serving it. Since rediscovering it, itās become a staple in our home - ideal for evenings when you want the ritual and enjoyment of a proper drink without the alcohol.

Perfect for dry-january!
I bought this for my partner as he has gone 'dry' for the first part of this year and I wanted him to be able to enjoy a non-alcoholic drink that wasn't just cola or squash. He loved it! It tastes a little perfumed but has a crisp taste to it that is reminiscent of gin. Easy to drink but feels special at the same time. I thought it was a little dear considering it wasn't alcoholic but after trying it can see how much care has gone into making it.

Less than impressive, bit pricey
Although this has a great flavour when mixed with Tonic it is not pleasent by itself. For me a simulation spirit should be close to the flavour of the mimic spirit even when neat. The aspect that bothers me most is price. I'm paying £20 when I can get decent gins for less. I've not tried other simulation spirits but as this is supposed to be one of the better options I dont think I want to.

Great Adult drink without the alcohol.
Read mixed reviews of this. Then went to a food festival and could taste it. Both flavours are great. No they don't taste like gin....because they aren't!! What they are are a lovely dry drink when teamed with a mixer and orange, mint, cucumber or whatever floats your boat! Perfect for a nice adult drink with no alcohol. I drink this regularly now and really don't mind driving if I take a bottle of this as I don't feel I am missing out! The bonus is a lovely clear head the next day!! I absolutely love this drink, it is a little pricey though.

At last ..... a decent non alcoholic drink
Having been disappointed with non alcoholic wine in that to me it tastes like unsweetened grape juice, Seedlip Spice 94 exceeded expectations. Yes, it does have a strong clove taste, but when mixed with Fevertree tonic (elderflower variety my preference) it has a very satisfyingly āalcoholicā drink quality. My tip would be to not judge Spice 94 on your first glass as it is a bit of an acquired taste. My 5* review is based on being able to be adopt a modified version of dry Jan (ie dry weekdays) on the back of a Seedlip Spice 94 āG&Tā.

Seedlip āginā
If you try it neat it just tastes like tap water, very expensive tap water. Very annoyed with myself for buying it and even more so for buying the recipe book too!!!

Good to make tangy mocktails from but do not try drinking it on its own.
I am a fan of mocktails or non alcoholic drinks and whilst researching online, I can across this non-alcoholic gin created by Seedlip and decided to give it a try. When I first started to taste Seedily Spice on its own, there is a strong spicy bitter taste to it so I would advise caution when buying this as it is a big bottle but when it is mixed with other drinks such as fruit juice and lemonade then the spicy taste is a little less strong and therefore is OK to drink for those with sensitive tastebuds. This drink was created for people who want to have a posh style drink but without the alcohol. The main ingredient are cloves which gives it the strong punchy taste and it is quite expensive which will explain why this bottle is quite spicy as well. They say you can make a good gin and tonic with it, but I am not so quite with this one due to the bitter taste unless you use sweet fruity flavoured tonic water that is. I do not believe that the other Seedlip flavour, Garden will be any better either without it being mixed with other juices as well. The good side is that this bottle lasts long and does not need refrigerating. helping you leave some valuable space. Overall I would say this product can help make a very tangy mixed drink, but for those who prefer less strong non-alcoholic items you are better off giving this a miss.

Great Flavour.
Iāve drunk another non alcoholic gin by this company and really liked it, so when I spied the offer Amazon had on Seedlip gins I decided to treat myself and purchased two flavours I hadnāt tried, opened this one on Easter Sunday for myself and one of our guests and we both really enjoyed it - plenty of ice, slice of lime and Fevertree regular Tonic, great. Cheers!

Wonderful spice blend combined with a pleasant texture to create a delicious experience when crafting mocktails. Highly recommend as a staple in the non-liquor cabinet.

I enjoyed the flavor of this mixed in tonic water. As a gin and tonic fan who wanted to reduce alcohol consumption, I found this to be a really adequate substitute. The Spice version is pretty good, but has a really strong note of allspice, and the other flavors are more subtle. I'm excited to try the other flavors!
