This cup has made a HUGE difference in my daily water intake. I tried the free month trial to see if I really needed it and I don't. But everyone is different and some might like to have all the bells and whistles. The app itself is free and comes with the general info. I am already on a 14 day streak of drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day! I feel much better, my skin feels great and best of all, I haven't had any migraines yet. That's a huge win in my book! This cup keeps me on track and reminds me when the hour is up and it's time to drink again! I love it!! I highly recommend for anyone that struggles to keep up with their daily water intake!

Can count on one hand number of reviews I've left but my experience with this product has been really frustrating. The puck didn't work about 2.5 weeks after I got it. I emailed them on their own site multiple times with zero response, trouble shoot through reddit etc. No luck. Was very excited about idea but cannot recommend an $80 water bottle that doesn't work to anyone. I still use the bottle part bc it does keep drinks cold but still get annoyed when I think about the poor experience.

Love this, except for the straw. It’s terrible and SO loud banging around the cup. Replaced it with a silicone straw from bkr and now I use this every morning.

It took me awhile to get used to setting the bottle down after filling it and before I took a drink. Also took awhile to get used to charging it, and recalibrating it on occasion. But, it has been worth it. I have had it for a year and a half now, and 560 days in a row I have met my hydration goal. I've seen a huge decrease in the number of and severity of my migraines, my skin isn't as dry, I don't feel awful after working out, and my sinus pain during the winter is pretty much gone. I remember I felt really silly buying a high tech gadget-y water bottle with an app just because I couldn't remember to do the basic human function of drinking water, but you know what, I'm over that. This thing has solved a life long problem for me that had made so many other things in my life better.
