Are contents detectable to police dogs?

It says it is, don't believe it! I had it tested both drug dog and x-ray! Failed, but they don't check for weed anymore, so if that's what it is then enjoy a tiny bag that's not waterproof! "Activated carbon is made from industrial high potency carbon felt. This layer absorbs and neutralize odors on a molecular level." That's actual facts, not from Amazon, but it's only theoretically supposed to block scents by absorbing them. That would just make it smell even more and for x-rays, carbon CAN create a shadow that makes it so you can't see what's behind it, but all that does is create suspicion for them to look at it. Whoever it was that said something about charcoal 😂 obviously doesn't know how to read considering this doesn't have charcoal in it it has CARBON lined felt!!! Whoever said that it doesn't specifically say anything about drug dogs, they are also wrong... Smh!!! FOR $10, YOURE NOT GOING TO GET THE GOOD STUFF! It can help, if it's actually high quality, this is just stitched thin leather with actual mesh over very thin pressed carbon (basically carbon paper) which you can do yourself and 100x better! You can get smell proof/x-ray proof basically ziplock bags right here on Amazon (100 for $20) and if you take those and put it inside of whatever you want then it becomes one of these that actually works and is actually airtight, smell proof and x-ray safe! I'll add a link in a minute.

Are the 3"x6" deminsions before or after being rolled up?

it comes 6.5 is closed or rolled up open up flat it comes out 8.5 long (Hint Hint do not put any type of lose product in it.You will never get all of it out bad type lining)
