Brilliant and very fast inflator. Feels commercial quality all be it plasticky like lots of Bosch stuff. Had a couple of 4.0 ah batteries already from battery lawnmower, so works a treat. Funnily enough i was about to give it only 3 stars as i just tried it out, and discovered the quality of the shreider valve meant loosing a load of air and threading the value thread, and was about to hit buy on an aftermarket quick release. I checked the reviews and it mentioned that it now comes with the adaptor. Unfortunately it’s in a little brown envelope on the box and separate from the machine. (Probably should have been in the little storage box). It’s a good quality one also, which probably cost them less than £1 to include, so well done Bosch. The quick release is a game changer, and makes this a solid 5. BTW, it inflates so quickly, that i doubt i will miss the lack of digital display and auto stop, unless i was inflating a car tyre from flat, which is very unlikely i will ever do that (more likely a tyre shop) so in most cases including bike tyres, its 30s or less. An no need to set the pressure and lock it in, so way faster. I have other car inflators which work off car power which have auto stop, and to be honest, they always under or over inflate anyway and i spend a load of time tweaking it. So for me, this a an easy 5 star!

Bought this Bosch UniversalPump 18V and I’m genuinely impressed. It's ridiculously easy to use—just connect and go. It inflated my car and bike tyres in no time at all, much quicker than I expected. Best part? It runs on the same 18V battery system as my other Bosch tools, so no faffing around with separate chargers or cables. Just pop in a battery and you're ready to roll. Compact, efficient, and properly convenient. A no-brainer if you're already in the Bosch 18V family!

Be careful because the reviews here are for 2 different products. I bought the larger Universal pump and I'm very impressed with it. It uses the batteries I have for my other Bosch products (strimmer, leaf blower & cordless drill). There is plenty of power in the unit and it had no problem topping up 10 car tyres (2 cars and a caravan) and 6 bike wheels with a 2.5 amp battery. The led light is helpful for at night and the gauge is very accurate and also back lit. Yes it's noisy but all high pressure pumps are. I highly recommend this brilliant piece of kit and a reasonable price. Only change I would like to see it for it to be fitted with a digital gauge which will automatically shut the pump off when it reaches the preset pressure. That said its not that big a deal!

Well made and comes with a range of nozzles for all valve types for bikes, cars and balls. It also now comes with a quick snap on and quick release Schroder nozzle for car tyres, rather than the slower screw on fitting it apparently used to have. The brass snap on works well and is actually easer to put on and release than the black plastic nozzle on British pumps. A well made, well thought out piece of kit. I used a foot pump for years so this pump is a bit noisy by comparison - but I would rather have this one! PS: I forgot to mention the battery - I have a Bosch 18v battery for a drill and another 18 v battery for a strimmer - both tools are about 10 years old. Amazingly both batteries still fit this new Bosch pump and work with no problems - good for Bosch in producing a battery which fits new tools as well as old for so many years!

This works well and quickly topped up a car tyre. Shame it cannot be pre-set to a particular pressure but I always double check with a separate gauge anyway. Nicely built.

This is a classic Bosch tool doing the job very well for a medium price for the job you need to do. It pumps up tires pretty fast and I have found I’ve used it in loads of locations such as my wheelbarrow, my garden trolley, my children’s bicycles, my motorbike, two or three cars that are always around my life et cetera et cetera. For me realised that this is a must have and should’ve had it ages ago.

Voor mij de perfecte allround pomp. Ik gebruik hem met de 2.5 Ah accu die ik bij mijn heggenschaar heb en dat werkt perfect. De pomp levert ca 30 liter lucht per minuut tegenover 10 l van de kleine pompen. Ik las in oudere reviews klachten over lucht lekkage als men de schroef connector van het ventiel haalde. Tegenwoordig zit er een stevig klikmodel bij die je niet schroeft maar klikt en dat lekt niet. Ik kan deze pomp iedereen aanraden! Wel opletten, de pomp komt zonder lader en accu dus let daar op.

Pump works well but, as expected, is very noisy. The accessory Valves are very useful. It would be more useful if the Kit comes with the correct Batteries instead of Buyers like me having to purchase the Wrong Batteries because there is no indication as to what Batteries are used for this Air Pump.

Gonfiatore Bosh eccellente nonostante le dimensioni e il peso. Totalmente conforme alla descrizione, l’ho potuto testare solo oggi, dopo aver comprato la batteria a parte (il che lo fa diventare un attrezzo a mio avviso molto costoso, considerando la fascia di prodotto nella quale vuole collocarsi). Avendo 3 figli disabili che usano varie carrozzine (per la precisione 5) di cui 3 manuali con ruote che vanno a 6 bar, e 2 carrozzine elettroniche con ruote che vanno a 3 bar, per un totale di 14 ruote, ho gonfiato tutto in pochi minuti. Il gonfiatore non è venuto meno, e non ha surriscaldato. La batteria tra l’altro non ha consumato granché. Ho gonfiato anche 2 ruote della mia auto. Anche quelle, pur mettendoci un poco di tempo in più, le ha gonfiate senza difficoltà. Poi sono arrivato alla nota dolente delle ruote del mio furgone, un ducato con ruote antiforatura da 16”. E quelle non so se riesce a gonfiarle. Dovendo pure arrivare ai 69 psi (4,5 bar). C’ho provato, ho insistito per qualche minuto, ma vedevo che il manometro non saliva neanche di una tacca. Per cui poi ho dovuto desistere. Sicuramente ci riproverò per vedere se riesce a darmi qualche riscontro positivo. Ma almeno le carrozzine dei miei figli e l’auto, con questo gonfiatore elettrico, sono a posto per qualunque necessità. Volevo concludere ribadendo ancora che il prezzo secondo me è alto, ma cercavo qualche cosa che mi desse rese reali, per via delle mie necessità un poco fuori dall’ordinaria amministrazione. E in questo gonfiatore l’ho decisamente trovato.

Gonfleur / compresseur très pratique : bonne mise en mains avec le design de la poignée qui équilibre bien le produit, efficace en gonflage et simple d'utilisation. Bien équipé pour gonfler toutes sortes d'objets avec tous les raccords fournis. Evidemment, le gonflage est plus long qu'en station service, mais j'ai pu atteindre les 3,4 bars nécessaires aux pneus AR de ma voiture hybride. Un peu bruyant (tous les petits compresseurs le sont !). Couplé à une batterie Bosch 18 V 6.0 Ah, le matériel est très performant (j'ai gonflé 8 pneus auxquels il manquait 0,5 à 0,8 bar chacun, sans que cela ne se voie sur le niveau de charge de la batterie). Robustesse de l'engin à vérifier dans le temps, bien entendu. Je recommande, après une très mauvaise expérience avec un gonfleur Michelin "camelote" !
