There is some great stuff in there about guitars and guitar playing.

A good reference guide

Explains chord variations explicitly, chord progression and how to create songs of your own.

This is a good book hopefully I'll learn things I don't know yet

The entire series is great. I have 6 of the books on the series. Leared so much from the fret board book.

The cover states “Discover the secrets….”. Nothing in this book is secret. If you’ve studied basic music theory and learned a few dozen songs, the chances are good you’ve already encountered/learned much of what is in this book. All the chords shown are covered all over the internet. Same goes for the theory detailed in the book. If you are a beginner to theory, then this book will provide value since it covers chord progressions and how they are used in various songs/styles. If not a beginner, save your money.
