A healthy tasty treat
they are delicious very healthy and ever since I’ve been taking them. My blood pressure has gone down. I ate two cloves a day, but sometimes I get greedy and eat four. I got them for Christmas as a gift the first jar I’ve been hooked so far I’ve ordered them from Amazon and I am very pleased.

Unreliable seal, bad flavor and mushy texture.
I'm a huge fan of pickled garlic, but stores around here have stopped carrying it for some reason. I haven't been able to find the brand I used to get and so I rolled the dice on these Foster's. It was a mistake. At first I worried about the seal being broken, as the package smelled of garlic and the color wasn't great (brine is brown, garlic is getting there). One of the jars also seems to be missing some liquid. The jar I opened did seem to be sealed, as the lid had no give before opening but now "pops" when pressed. But I'm still skeptical. The cloves themselves don't look good. The misleading images suggest a nice white clove, but these are grey, brown, and green. All the wrong colors. I know garlic can bruise and still be edible, but it's not a great visual. I tried some cloves, and whether it's a problem with the seal or just overall quality control...it isn't good. The flavor is very sweet and hot, and the garlic is strong in the wrong ways. The texture is mushy, lacking the crunch you'd expect. Even if these are "safe" and not compromised in terms of the seal and packing, I don't think I'll be able to eat and enjoy them. And why take the risk for such an unsatisfactory product? Really disappointed. Should have known better, won't be ordering food on Amazon again. Edit: Foster's reached out with an apology and a full refund on my order following this review, which I greatly appreciate. I won't change the contents of my review, nor did they ask me too. But I thought they deserved to be commended for their customer service in this case.

Could be better but not bad.
These are OK. Not the best I've had but they're good. They are spicy which was a pleasant surprise. The actual garlic looks like it could have been a little better selected as some have some slight dark spots on them. For the past almost three months I've started day with two cloves. I take them out kind of crush them with a fork to activate the alinin. Let then sit for 10 minutes and then eat them. Knock on wood I have not been sick during that stretch of time while others in my house have. That's one of the reasons why I started this routine. The other being blood pressure benefits. We'll see when I go to the Dr of its working for that.

Absolutely Delicious – Perfect When Sautéed
Foster’s Pickled Garlic Cloves have completely elevated my cooking game. Straight out of the jar, they’re tangy and flavorful, but where they really shine is when sautéed. Just a few minutes in a hot pan and they mellow out beautifully—soft, slightly sweet, and bursting with rich garlicky goodness. They’re amazing tossed into pastas, on top of grilled veggies, or as a finishing touch for meats. The pickling adds a depth of flavor you just can’t get from raw garlic. I keep a jar on hand at all times now—highly recommend to anyone who loves cooking with garlic.

Delicious cloves
These pickled garlic cloves are the best I've tried. The seasoning is perfect and the pickling just enough to take the bite out of the raw garlic. I eat these straight out of the jar for health purposes (improved circulation, natural BP reducer) every morning and find them very easy to eat and no resulting digestion/heartburn issues I would normally get with raw cloves. I'll be trying them in a few recipes here in the near future as well.

Tasty but spicy
Tasty pickled garlic, has a bit of a bite. The heat isn’t too bad but if you’re new to spice you will want to get the original. I like there’s no titanium dioxide or anything that doesn’t belong in your body. Nice crunch like a pickle. Goes excellent with a meat & cheese board, or alone.
