I wanted to like this
Sweeter than I expected. Could probably thicken and sweeten tamari and get close. Nothing wrong with the product, just not what I expected as far as savoury flavour.

Felt myselfe back to Asia
We had a family vacations in Singapure and loved Takoyaki. It was the first time we tasted it. So we brought the flour to try to make it at home. It was easy to make it and for sure the Takoyaki sauce was the hit! It is very tasteful and made us feel like eating them back in Asia. Strongly recommended!

The flavor for me was not there.
The sauce seems to be very different to the one I’m a custom too from my local Japanese restaurant because they make theirs from scratch and this one had stronger notes of sour and bitterness than the one I’m used to . But not trying to bash on the brand or anything just was not for me .
