Seems to help, less trips to the bathroom at night, emptying bladder, less after drip after done. Worth the try

Great Product
This is the saw palmetto that I have been using and I find that it works the best for me. I highly recommend it.

They smell terrible.
I haven't been taking these long enough to see a difference in my urine flow and frequency, but the smell of these capsules is enough to gag a maggot. At this point, I can only hope they are beneficial to my urine flow and frequency.

Fixed slow urine flow
For years I was using the prostate formula from NOW brand and I was not getting good results. Once I switched to Havasu's product a few months ago, my urine flow quickly got better and could be considered normal now. I also use and recommend the Carlyle brand of Lycopene @ 40mg. This combo seems to be a perfect fit.

Could not tell any difference in urinary health with this product. Has some good ingredients just didn’t help me.

AS effective for me as a expensive medication
Works well with enlarged prostate, it's not 100% effective, but I'm 81 years old and my late night trips to the bathroom have been reduced by 50%. My regiment is two pills a day and I'm extremely pleased, but I'm going to increase to three a day just to see if it makes a difference. By far I'm having fewer side effects than my prescription medication.
