This is ideal to cleanse your sinuses especially during the summer when the air is full of pollen. Worth buying.

Good way to flush nose with salt water.... but expensive.
The product is well-made - sturdy, works every time, easy to store in the bathroom cupboard. Does it work...? I have been flushing my nose with salt water for many years - yes salt water does work. The problem with home-made salt water is that it is a bit of a nuisance to use boiled water and getting the mix right every time can be a pain. The benefit of Sterimar is that the mix is consistently the same, dispensing the mix is very easy and the pump sprays the salt water right up to the back of the nose. But the convenience comes at a cost. It does not last a month, even when used only once a day. So, yes, good product, convenient, easy to use..... but oh so expensive.

Did not work for me in the long run
I recently tried the Sterimar Hayfever and Allergy Relief Nasal Spray and while I was initially impressed with the product, it unfortunately did not work for me in the long run. The water-based formula is gentle and non-irritating, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate that it is drug-free and made with natural sea water, which makes me feel better about using it regularly. The spray is easy to use and provides quick relief from allergy symptoms such as congestion and sneezing. However, after a few days of use, I found that the spray was no longer effective in relieving my allergy symptoms. While it may work well for some people, it simply did not work for me in the long run. Overall, I would recommend giving the Nasal spray a try, it may work well for some individuals. However, it's important to keep in mind that it may not work for everyone and that individual results may vary.
