This may be TMI, but if it helps others then it's worth it and I don't really care. So I turned 30 last year...And I have never had regular periods EVER in my life, I didn't order this to help me get pregnant, I ordered this because I used to go anywhere between 3-6 months without having a period my entire life until I turned 30, and then...I started BLEEDING every 2 weeks like clock work for about 8 months straight. I went and saw like 3 different doctors about the issue, and got ZERO answers/help for my problem other than them wanting to put me on birth control, which is just not something I want to do. So because of what I know about the human body from studying Esthetics, and the effects that hormones can have on the body, and because I already knew that I am Estrogen Dominant, I set out to help myself since doctors just couldn't seem to help me. First I read about the benefits of I3C, found a supplement and after about 2 weeks and tons of flatulance, I finally got relief from the bleeding, for about 3 months, and then...It came back worse to where I was just bleeding nonstop every day for 30 days and then I would stop and spot for like a day or two and then start right back up with the bleeding. Then, I tried a DIM supplement after going back and forth with stuff I read about how it's better than I3C and vice versa, yeah it did absolutely nothing for me. SO, I started digging deeper into my estrogen dominance issue, and up on doing research came across this GEM, and after reading through many positive reviews on it a few standing out to me about women regulating their cycles, I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I have not been disappointed, I saw a difference in my bleeding within about 3 or 4 days compared to 2 weeks with the I3C, and so far it has remained consistant (I've taken it for about 30 days now) and that was without taking the full recommended dose at first. Now, I have not stopped bleeding completely yet, but at least I no longer have to keep feminine products on hand everywhere I go, and I can actually have a sex life again (my husband is grateful for that). I've also noticed that my mood has improved overall, I feel like I sleep better, and I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up quite a bit as well. I think it will take more time to tell how this will work for me long term, but so far it is helping a lot, there's not much about it that is negative, other than the pills are much larger than the I3C pills I was taking, and I will say that after taking it for about 2-3 weeks I did begin to experience some gastrointestinal issues that weren't very pleasant, but have since subsided so far and after googling chaste tree berry extract which is the main ingredient, that is known to be a common side effect that people may experience when taking it, and honestly in my opinion is a rather small price to pay and I would rather experience a bit of tummy discomfort than bleed every single day. Overall so far this has been a great product and the price point is good as well. Like I said, only time will tell just how well this will work out for me, but given the results I have seen so far, I am definitely going to keep using it for now and am hopeful that I will continue to see even better results later on.

I really enjoy this product. I suffer from fibrocystic breast disease and so looking into it more it is due to a progrstrtone and estrogen imbalance. For me specifically I tend to stress out really easily so what happens when you stress is that your body and mind will take progesterone and convert it to cortisol so that you can have a healthy stress response. But then again if you are like me and get stressed VERY, VERY easily then you will be having a lot of progesterone being converted into cortisol! This causes low levels of progesterone in the body and breasts and thus ESTROGEN takes over. It is called estrogen dominance. Estrogen dominance causes so many annoying breast problems like for example fibrocystic breast disease. I didn't like this hormonal imbalance so all the while trying to not stress so much I did research on chasteberry! Now before buying something I research it extensively and after spending 3 hours comparing and contrasting this brand to other brands on Amazon (YES I am literally that intense), I settled for this brand and I am NOT disappointed. Upon opening a fragrant chasteberry scent whiffed into the air and I already could tell it was going to be an amazing product. So I took a capsule with green tea and WOW! I thought "So this is what an increase in progesterone does." My fibrocystic breasts were hurting and felt stiff but I could immediately feel the tissues of my breasts relaxing. LOL. It is amazing!!! It is also very STRONG and POTENT. This is very high quality. I dId not expect it to be so potent but it truly is and I am so happy with this product, I look forward to taking it daily. Along with other herbal remedies and medicine I am taking for my fibrocystic breasts (Ormeloxifene otherwise known as Sevista. It is a birth control that is available only from India but it has been studied for breast cancer prevention and also to reduce fibroadenoma and overall help with fibrocystic breast disease) I am sure including chasteberry as my regimen will be beneficial. I am so glad I decided to buy this for hormonal/progesterone balance. Hopefully soon I will say goodbye to ESTROGEN DOMINANCE (ewww!!!).

As an older woman I feel this product stabilizes my hormones and keeps me in a better mood.
